I recently visited Pubbelly at Mall Aventura with very high expectations based on recommendations from friends. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed with both the food and, especially, the service.
From the moment we were seated, our table felt completely neglected. We waited a long time just for someone to take our order, and the cocktails took far too long to arrive. After the food was delivered, no one checked on us again. There was no follow-up, no attention to detail, and no sense of hospitality.
Our server seemed inattentive and disengaged throughout the entire experience. Overall, the lack of service significantly affected what should have been an enjoyable dining experience.
I truly hope they improve their service standards, as the restaurant has great potential.

We had such a great experience at Pubbelly Sushi Aventura. From the start, our server Susan was incredibly polite and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. She was nice, friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. She went above and beyond to ensure that our lunch experience was exceptional.
The food was delicious, in an elegant tapas style. We tried the Strip loin steak taquitos, tempura roll and California roll.
Definitely will be back!

Another amazing meal at Pubbelly!! We worked up an appetite from shopping. To start we ordered the salmon tartare tacquitos and they were so flavorful with the fresh salmon. Then we had the pork belly bao buns which were another tasty dish. For our mains we wanted ordered the lobster and crab donuts that are nice bite size treats. The lobster and crab donuts are perfect savory and sweet taste to have. Then we had the Acevichado Roll which has lobster, crab, shrimp, soy paper, leche de tigre, red onion, cancha corn, mango, tomato. It was so good and the sauce was enough that I did not need to add any soy sauce. Overall our drinks and food were great and I will be back.

10/10 experience and honestly 12/10 because of the hostess Sasha. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us like we were long-lost celebrities returning from tour. The aura? Immaculate. The vibe? Elite. The energy? Main character. Not only is she insanely amazing at her job, but she’s also serving face, confidence, and effortless charm at the same time. I enjoyed sitting at the bar with my wife, feeling warmly welcomed by Mathew, the bartender. He prepared us an excellent Dry Martini that I haven’t had in a while, and his help with the menu was much appreciated since it was our first visit. We took his advice and ordered the Navarro Salmon, Tuna Pizza, and Hamachi Ceviche Taquitos, and every choice was spot on. Props to him for making our late lunch such a wonderful experience. We’re already looking forward to returning for round two!
