Excellent Experience at McDonald’s!
I had a fantastic experience at this McDonald’s, largely thanks to Caroline, who provided awesome customer service. She was friendly, polite, and professional, making me feel truly welcome.
Beyond the great service, the restaurant itself was clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a big plus. Most importantly, the food was hot and fresh.
I will definitely be coming back to this location!

Good location honestly to be one of the better McDonald’s since I get to go to many. I don’t recommend fast food everyday but for me it’s always the same one hamburger extra pickles and a four-piece chicken. So staff is great drive-through is always quick and the food is hot french fries by the way french fries are always hot and crispy here

I went to McDonald’s tonight at around 10:15Pm I ordered small fries and a large strawberry milkshake, the strawberry milkshake taste like chocolate was mixed in with it I brought it back to get a refreshed one, the employee that remade the shake she pour poured half a cup of the syrup in the cup and then went on to pour vanilla milkshake on top of it then she used a large spoon and stirred everything together when she gave it to me I tasted it before I drove off and it was just like drinking plain syrup it was very disgusting and I requested my money back the other employees were laughing I did not find it funny and nor I would never serve anybody something like that they need to fix their machines and not serve any more customers milkshakes until it produce the proper mixture.

This may be a bit biased because i had been awake for 24 hours and skipped dinner. Was hoping for a warm dinner on my ride east at 4am and when i pulled up the guy tells me the system is down and he cant take orders. Im almost 40. What system was down? Like theres no food inside? You cant write down numbers and do math? I had cash and this mcdonalds had food and they wouldnt sell me dinner. I told the guy ill do the math and ad the sales tax and give him extra money if he just sold me food but he just kept repeating “system is down, cant take orders” to the point where he was yelling it. What has this country come to where people working at mcdonalds cant do math or use logic. Dang im really mad at technology for making everyone braindead. And im still hungry.

There is no re-fill station / ketchup self serve. You have wait your turn…while your food gets cold. That is where this place loses a star.

I specifically ordered a big Mac and fry cooked to order it was absolutely old and not cooked fresh the meat was dry and well-done and hard couldn’t chew it ,then when they brought my order out to me they forgot my drink .I called and the manager said sorry and was supposed to send me coupons in the mail for 4 family dinners and never did

I go to this McDonald’s 2x a week to get the Fraps, now a few times I was served the beverage I ordered a large it looked like a small with a little whip cream, now for whip cream extra is a charge. My last visit it looked like there was no whip cream on top so I asked the girl can you put some whip cream on that she got a attitude I told her keep it and drove off, I wasn’t rude when I asked I was very polite, now like I said I come here 2x a week for months and this time I’m writing about it. Now those pics is what I get a lot until I complained and they did better but my last visit and this is what they were going to serve me again.

I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes to get the wrong sandwich and it looks like trash. I ordered the new buffalo bacon crispy chicken sandwich and got a regular chicken sandwich now know why the line is so long because people have to open their food to make sure its correct before driving away..disgraceful…

Worst mc Donald’s in all of New York ! First off it’s disgusting in there. There was literally a roach crawling by the soda machine and they kept working like it was nothing. When they realized I saw they told me to park up and they will bring my coffee outside. All I got was a coffee and they had me sit outside for 15 min waiting on a cup of coffee! Finally a lady comes out that doesn’t speak barely any English asking me if I got a coffee but didn’t have the coffee in her hand. She then goes back inside and leaves me outside for another 5 min. I go inside to see what’s going on and all the workers get upset and tell me there gonna give me my money back and to leave. The coffee was never even made and they acted like I was wrong for being upset that I had to wait 20 min for a cup of coffee I never even got. They barely spoke English and all ganged up on me and cursed me out in Spanish. I just took my money back and left ! I’ll never go there again.
