We had a nice time. We visited on a Saturday for dinner, there was plenty of parking and we were seated in 5 or 10 min.
Our server was tentative, polite and very helpful when ordering our apps and entries.
I had the burger with queso and Cole slaw.
My wife had some nonsense Patty wrapped in lettuce so she doesn’t count. When you order dumb stuff it’s not the restaurants fault it lousy. But she seemed to like it.
My son got a classic cheeseburger and ate every bite.
We were all happy and we will all return

Came in around 9 and it was super fast service and the food was great. There was a mix up with the bill but we got it figured out. She gave us the wrong bill and and I was just about to pay it before they noticed what happened. But all and all the service was great the food was great. Other than the small mix up, everything was really great! Extra bonus Red Robin also takes upside! They give an extra 5% cash back on each bill. I would definitely recommend this Red Robin to anyone looking for good food and good service!!!

Stopped in for dinner and we’re seated right away. The hostess was very friendly our waiter started out good taking our drink order and app while we decided on what to get for dinner.
We ordered the queso fundido appetizer and it was ok, we neither loved nor hated it. The dip itself was just ok.
I ordered the monster double burger and my wife ordered the crispy chicken salad. When our food came we had no silverware and it took a while to get silverware, Which was kind of odd. Our waiter after bringing my wife a fork sometime later never came back to check on us for refills or to see how the food was,He just disappeared .
My wife said the crispy chicken salad was great, my monster double burger was just ok. The cheese didn’t look very appealing, it looked old and wasn’t melted. I will say the burger did have good flavor and the doneness level was correct.
The food portions are good , but we did find it to be a little more pricey than we had expected and service from our waiter was not that great.

It’s the first time to eat at a Red Robin Gourmet Burger… And likely not the last. My fam had an amazing time and our taste buds did, too!
Loving the spiced burger and yummy fries. The appetizers were the bomb.
Can’t wait to taste another flavor.

They recently catered a work event and I have to say the burger bar was amazing! The burgers and chicken sandwiches were cooked to perfection and had a ton of flavor and seasoning plus they provided a ton of toppings. Was suprised by how good they’re homemade chips were and those chocolate chip cookies were to die for. If you have a work event you should really consider allowing them to cater. Wonderful experience.

My mom and I went to Red Robin for a late lunch/early dinner on February 15th around 4:00 PM, and overall we had a really positive experience thanks to the amazing staff.
Our server, Jessica, was AWESOME. She was super sweet, easy to talk to, and kept great conversation with us the whole time. She was attentive, had great energy, and truly made the experience enjoyable.
Unfortunately, my mom ordered the Southern Charm Burger and about halfway through found something that looked like a piece of hard plastic or chipped glass. We let Jessica know, and she immediately took action and grabbed a manager—no hesitation at all.
That’s when Ashley came over, and she handled the situation so well. She took it seriously, came over right away, and still managed to keep things light by cracking a few jokes and making us feel comfortable. Ashley was incredibly kind and ended up comping both of our burgers, which we really appreciated.
