On multiple occasions we’ve been given portions like this and our order is almost always messed up. They also don’t give you any sauces like 75% of the time. We live nearby so we come here often but this place is so frustrating. I don’t ever leave reviews but this happens so often and getting these half-filled cups is such a joke. It’s genuinely infuriating that they purposefully give out half portions like this all the time. It seems like they’re being told to do this because it happens almost every time and I’ve never had issues like this anywhere else. It doesn’t seem like a big deal considering how inexpensive the food can be but when you’re consistently getting half of what you pay for, it’s impermissible in my opinion.

The employee I interacted with was nice but the service was SO slow. the fries were barely salted and overcooked. The ranch snack wrap was great though! The dining area was not very clean.

I don’t have over-the-top high expectations for McDonald’s, other than you typically know what you are getting every time which is a good thing. I ordered my food curbside at this location and after 20 minutes, I had to go in and ask where my food was. When I went in, they hadn’t even started my order and they apologized. After waiting another five minutes they had my food out to me. When I went to fill up my drink, I thought I had better check my food just in case they screwed it up as badly as they did on my wait time. Just as I suspected, they got my sandwich order wrong. When I went back to the counter, they once again apologized and took my sandwich to the back. They simply took my sandwich and put the add-ons that I had ordered, and brought it back to me. By this time, my sandwich was cold and looked rather sad. This location needs a serious overhaul in staff performance and etiquette. What a dumpster fire.

Hard to mess up reheating frozen food so it was good as always. They were extremely nice but kindness does not justify waiting 20 minutes for 1 McGriddle. Would have been more efficient to drive to Saratoga. Get my McDonald’s order, drive back and eat in this lobby.

I ordered my double cheeseburger. I didn’t know I had to specify that I wanted it uneaten. Worker must’ve gotten hungry out back cause they delivered it to me half eaten. I still ate it and it slapped. But I would’ve liked the other half

Drive thru attendants will let you sit at the order screen forever without acknowledging you and then when the next car pulls up to the other drive thru order screen, they immediately take their order like you were never there. This happened this morning and I was at the order screen for a full minute before another car pulled up beside me and their order was taken immediately. Worst service ever.

I’m so disappointed and so sad, I came here like 10 minutes ago ordering and I ordered correctly and the guy at the speaker repeated my order the way I said it. I don’t care about how much it is I don’t mind paying more it’s just my order still wasn’t correct and I tried to explain to the manager in charge but she came at me with full attitude and she was being a little mean because I heard her loudly talking bad about me because I was just trying to explain my frustration. I didn’t want to argue so I just let it be but I was trying to stay calm trying not to cry I understand Spanish completely because I am Guatemalan but it’s not okay when a customer tries to nicely tell you how her order was incorrect and the manager comes in all rude and nasty the cute employee girl was so nice and apologized for her managers behavior and she seemed stressed out, poor girl 🙁
I will most likely go to HR about this because you should treat people nicely and not loudly talking bad shit about them when they just want their order corrected. The price wasn’t the problem it was just how I said it so it could be easier for the employee at the speaker but it was still wrong 🙁
I’ll go to another McDonald’s in the future but I hope this store can do better customer service!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Ana! She was super friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to help me. She even took the time to explain how to use the McDonald’s app and showed me how the new Monopoly game works. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and cheerful. Great customer service — thank you, Ana!

I just don’t get the point of ordering online if you’re gonna have to wait in the overflow area and still get the order wrong. I was sent to stall #1 and there was already someone there, I waited for 10 more minutes for my drink before I decided it wasn’t worth it, getting my money back through the app seems impossible too. Waste of time and effort

The bar is relatively low at McDonalds…but we waited for 30 minutes in the drive through with just 3 cars ahead of us for an order of ice cream and Diet Coke. Despite the wait, we tried to make it a positive experience so we bought the meals of everyone behind waiting in the line.
At last, when we got to pick up window we watched as 3 employees just stood there seemingly not knowing what to do next. Then two young men began to fill the ice cream machine as a half filled cup of Ice cream sat in front of us melting.
It turns out that was ours…half full and melted. Yikes! Yet instead of hot fudge, he used the chocolate from what looked like the coffee bar and dumped it in.
He handed it to us and walked away. I waited for the rest of the order—just a cone and a drink—but after a couple of minutes of waiting for the drink that sat there too, I knocked on the window.
This time, instead of the young man helping me, a middle-aged man who must’ve been the manager opened the window angrily. I asked kindly if he could just hand us a spoon please—which was sitting right next to him. As we sat there with the half-full and melted sundae, at least with a spoon in hand, we could actually eat it.
Instead of taking a few seconds to just grab a spoon—or perhaps even apologize for the wait—he rattled off an excuse and told us if we could just “be patient” then and only then…would he get it for us.
I asked him why he was being so rude….when it was such a simple ask that could have been completed quicker than what he stopped to tell us amidst his refusal. He then began to rattle off repeatedly “Merry Christmas to You” in a sarcastic tone over and over.
Unbelievable. Wow! I was in shock. What a jerk, when a little kindness, humility and professionalism would have done wonders to help an already absurd situation.
Ugh!! McScroooooooge!!
Bad food. Bad experience.
