Tsk tsk, what a shame it is to lower the output quality of standard. I happened to pass by this location while being in the neighborhood. I had a hunger headache & needed to get something on my stomach so I opted for this place. I ordered, service was good. Not as good as they once were when they first opened but really good to say the least. The “my pleasure” remark is pusher so much that it’s not genuine anymore. Instead of saying “thank you” which would warrant that remark, I said “ok” after my total was announced & I still got “my pleasure” lol. It’s cookie cutter atp. I get they may have to say it like little robots but let’s get a little creative here or more clever, or better yet more genuine. Nonetheless, I ordered 3 tenders which should be full-sized. That’s not what I got. Let me guess, it’s the tariffs fault smh. Anyway, they didn’t even try to work with me by adding another small tender in the mix or explaining. You just put it in the bag & hoped I don’t see it til I got home. One of the tenders pictured are half of the size of my palm, smh. The crazy part is, I had to pull up as my order wasn’t ready & someone would bring my order out. I say that to say you had time to get it right. In conclusion, I’m pretty over the fast food chain gang but I was really surprised at this merchant. The pricing point is too high to be sending food out like that. #JustLikeTheOthers

I had an amazing experience at the Chick-fil-A on Center Ridge Road today! My order was originally incorrect, but the manager, Alyssa, went above and beyond to fix everything. She handled the situation with so much kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
Alyssa replaced my entire order with no hesitation and made sure everything was fresh, correct, and perfect. Her customer service was outstanding, she made me feel valued and taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.
Thank you, Alyssa, for turning a stressful situation into a great experience. Chick-fil-A is blessed to have someone like you running the store. I’ll definitely be returning because of her!

At this point, if you have never been, just expect a solid “nice” fast food chicken experience. There was a play area inside for kids, which I have not seen in a while. Counter ordering is easy, and they’ll actually bring your food to you. Their app is very nice though, and I recommend downloading it if you plan on occasionally going (for the rewards).

This might be the worst Chick Fil A you can go to. If you are ordering food to go you can almost expect that your order will be wrong. Yesterday was extremely terrible. For one, I ordered the Market Salad. Last time I ordered this salad I went home and they gave me the completely wrong dressing and one that didn’t even go well with the salad. So when I ordered it this time, I told them at the drive thru to make sure I got the right dressing. Then when I went to the window they told me to pull over because the order wasn’t going to be ready for 5 mins. I stressed again to get the dressing right (it’s the one that is suggested with the salad). They bring my order out and low and behold the dressing is wrong! I told the girl to go inside and get the correct dressing. It’s not that hard to follow an order. One of the other items I ordered was the grilled chicken sandwich. I said NO tomato or lettuce. I checked all the boxes before I left and the box with the sandwich said right on it “no lettuce and no tomato” so I didn’t open the box. I get home (live 15 mins away) and my son opens his sandwich and there is lettuce and tomato on the sandwich. IT IS NOT HARD TO FOLLOW AN ORDER!!! Tell your employees to get off their phones and do their jobs. It’s ridiculous how much they charge for food and they can’t even get orders right….EVER! I called the manager and she was useless. Only offered a replacement sandwich but I don’t have time to make a 30 minute roundtrip. I had somewhere to be. This establishment is terrible and they don’t train their employees to do their job.

Nice big ol’ romaine bottom inside my salad. Also their sweet tea is not consistent sometimes it tastes like unsweetened without any ice in it. Where other days it’s decent.

Someone needs to know Reagan is such a sweetheart. I feel inclined to write a review just because I was waiting in a long line and watched her interaction with every customer and she was so warm and so full of light. I dont know if shes new but she truly deserves recognition for her kindness towards your customers. Your store is blessed to have her working the counter.

I have been a few times for lunch. Always clean. Always friendly. Always fast. This place and location is well above and beyond five stars. I go more often than I probably should but I have to reward good service with patronage. I will be back.
