Hello, I have a complaint. Today,March 1st at 4 AM I went to have breakfast with my children. The service was very good, even though there was only one waitress. She had two large tables and two smaller tables, plus us, for a total of five tables. Two more customers arrived, and I understand she was very busy, but she was attentive to everything. The only thing this girl did wrong was that at the end, when she gave me the receipt, I left the payment on the table with her tips. It seems she didn’t see it before leaving, even though the money was on top of the receipt. She came out after us with a bad attitude, saying, “Hey, you have to pay.” I told her it was on the table, and she didn’t even say sorry; she just went inside to look at it. We walked slowly back to the car, and she didn’t come out to apologize either. This is the first time this has happened to me, as we have eaten there before and been treated well. I know she was very stressed being alone, but that wasn’t the right attitude. They should be more careful about how they treat customers, or perhaps come out to apologize,As for the breakfast, I can say it was excellent.

My wife wanted breakfast for dinner on her birthday so we went to Denny’s. It was our server Anthony’s second day on the job but he did great – very professional, attentive, and friendly. Julie was great too, helping us with redeeming a birthday dessert and and the cook made the food perfectly. Great visit!

(2-3-2026 ) My server Nikki was very rude to us the moment we walked in. We were the only ones in the restaurant and she got upset because we wanted to sit in the next booth over. She angrily demand why we wanted to sit there instead and I told her it was a preference. She did not give my kids crayons for their menus because she said they didn’t have anymore. Later on at the counter, I saw that she had a big box of crayons But she said it was for tomorrow’s guest only And that she should have hid them better.
When we began to order our food, I asked for hot chocolate she said they didn’t have any. Whenever we received our food, my son didn’t have any icing on his Pancakes for the birthday cake pancakes and I asked her about it and she said that they were out, but she never mentioned that while we ordered, and then she Huffed and puffed Rolled her eyes upset and walked away. Then she came back and asked us if we wanted some icing for the pancakes.
My children were starting to catch on with what was going on and they asked me why is she being rude to us and I wondered the same thing. She was on her phone most of the time sitting down. And whenever we needed something she made it feel like we were inconveniencing her. We felt very uncomfortable. The only thing we didn’t like about the food was that the sausage links were hard and looked dried out, it was hard to chew. This was our first time coming to this Denny’s and We will not be returning Again. I do not recommend this Restaurant or the server Nikki to anyone.

Saturday night my family and I stopped by the Denny’s in Lewisville late at night and had an awesome experience. The place was clean, welcoming, and exactly what you want after hours. The staff was friendly and attentive even during the late shift, and the food came out hot, fresh, and fast. Nothing beats classic Denny’s comfort food at midnight, and this location really delivered. Great service, great vibes, and reliable late-night eats. Will definitely be back!

Great experience at the Denny’s in Lewisville! We went to Denny’s Sunday night, our server Nikki was awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She kept our drinks full, got our order right, and just had a great attitude the whole time. Definitely made the meal better.

My family and I had an excellent experience at the Denny’s in Lewisville thanks to our server, Nikki. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks stayed full, the food came out just the way we ordered it, and Nikki checked in often without ever being intrusive. Her friendly energy and great service made our meal so much better. If you visit this location, definitely ask for Nikki—she’s fantastic!

I do come into this Denys in Louisville at least two or three times a week to have my breakfast. My experience is perfect. The food is really good. The service what I get from Lolita is the best of the best. I do recommend this Denys from Louisville one of the best.
