My first and last time coming here, they seem to be more expensive than other Zaxby’s. I ordered tongue, torch wings, and it’s hardly any sauce on here at all hardly any fries I ate about three fries and this is pretty much what I have. I’ve been going to Zaxby’s all my life. I’ve never had a Zaxby’s like this. Also, they do not provide celery now it’s been a while since I’ve been to Zaxby’s but all my life that I’ve had it it came with celery

I normally love Zaxby’s but today’s experience was horrible. I had the order delivered and it was not correct. I was missing items. The store refunded but said I had to reorder the food. The second order was just as bad as the first order. The drinks were not sealed when they were delivered and the fried pickles were greasy and tasted strange. The chicken and fries were okay but it seems like this location has gone downhill from a few months ago. I couldn’t even eat the pickles and I poured out the drinks.

Went there yesterday and had the surf and turf. Chicken was kinda rubbery but the rest was fine. Was there around 11 am and employee was asleep at a table in the dining area with her head on the table. She slept until my meal was almost consumed. She didn’t have the decency to clean the table afterwards. Very apprehensive now about their sanitation values. Notified the manager and he didn’t seem to care. Wish I had a job that starts at 10:30 and naps at 11:00. I contacted corporate but I doubt very seriously they cared either. I will never go back to another Zaxbys. Wish I’d known this before I went there.

I don’t like being stolen from if I could go zero stars I absolutely would, when someone orders something and pays for it I expect to receive that order in its entirety not just one part of it, it’s pretty convenient y’all were suddenly unable to give me a receipt because there’s an issue with the machine and it would of taken so long to print one, it’s also lovely that when you go and call it’s a constant busy tone every single time. So I will be making a theft report and filing this as fraud with my bank.

Only location that you’ll get sick from, I got food poisoning from their chicken or it was their shrimp when they had that, either way it was horrible and a nightmare plus since then they have had to shut down at least two times due to bacteria issues and rodents, that was in the news and not made up. It’s not a Zaxbys problem it’s this location. The other locations on Creighton are just fine.

I love the hearty chicken strips. They aren’t the thin little strips that won’t stand up to dipping. They are thick meaty real white meat. Zax sauce is great on the fries and bread as well as the chicken. My new favorite buffalo dip and tater chips. Just spicy enough and the chips are what chips are meant to be. Love me some Zax.

They literally always forgets to put the sauce with the food. I mobile ordered and put my specific sauce on there expecting to get it in my order and it wasn’t in there. Very disappointing w/out the sauce and just frustrating.

Cook the French fries extra crispy, extra sauce on the chicken tenders. And the food was cold. They just give you what they want you to have. And a manager was in the back cooking. Just sad

Order the lemon pepper wings you can tell they were not fresh by how fast it came out when I opened the container I’ve never seen Wing pieces so small and they tasted like they had been recooked
