Nobody.
Me and my friends went to his McDonald’s as our hangout spot today and last time, our order was made correctly and it was good but the employees are NOT great. First of all they kept talking shit about our order as if we aren’t the reason McDonald’s is in business and they get their paychecks, second they had messed up my order previous times when I specially asked for what I wanted and described it. Third reason it’s not a good atmosphere if young employees are talking shit about TEENAGERS when they should be making orders and worrying about themselves instead of what a person orders. Wouldn’t recommend unless you want your order messed up and the employees talking shit about you.

Walk-in in stood in front of the cash register where the manager was standing there staring down ignoring me for the first 2 minutes then she finally looks up at me and says you going to order quote with a very poor attitude now that’s not good service because you’re supposed to say Hi how are you can I help you in a friendly way to make customers feel that you are genuinely happy to have their business and happy to serve them
Then once I told her my order number for my online order to go she didn’t just pointed over to the side and said get over there instead of handing me my order which was already ready, which was really poor service so I asked the employee which happened to the other manager because it used to be a lot better atmosphere in here at which point the manager lady typed in sticking her nose into our conversation saying that she had been here for 8 years, so I told her that since she had been here for 8 years that she could do a better job because she just ignored me while I was standing in front of the cash register for about 2 minutes and then the first thing she said to me was rude
But she wouldn’t even let me finish my statement she wouldn’t even listen to me at all she just kept talking over me and then she told me to get out and never come back and then she wouldn’t give me any more orders again so I asked how I could complain about her and she told me because the customer service line so I had to call and make a complaint about the restaurant

The manager is a miserable human being the worst problem solver ever. Has no management and customer service skills it’s not for nothing that this McDonald’s has 3 stars. The manager should be fired immediately. Or at least demoted to cashier until she learns customer service skills and problem solving skills.

The food is good and the restaurant appears clean, but the customer service was very poor. Two employees laughed at me and my group while we were ordering, seemingly judging us for ordering a lot of food, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. No customer should be judged based on age or how much they order, especially when they are paying customers. The employees were openly laughing in front of us and continued even after we left. The manager repeatedly had to yell at them to get back to work, and there was often no one attending the front counter unless there was a long line, with more focus on the drive-through. This behavior reflects badly on the business, and I strongly recommend management address it before it causes more issues. No employee has the right to treat customers this way. If i could include a picture of the employe I would.

The service is beyond slow and customer service needs work we ordered way before alot of customers. To top it off when asked about how long till our order was ready we were told they were barely making it 20 minutes after we had already ordered our food.

Poor service. They do not open when they say they open. The kids are rude and the place is dirty. I was asked to wait 30 minutes at first for them to have food prepared when they open at 4 AM and it was 5 AM. At 5:30 AM I’m told to wait another 30-45 minutes. Order was done through the mobile app. Mobile app says they are open, online it says they are open, the employee says they are open but can’t serve food for 1.5 hours. I wasted my gas and time and money because now I have to wait 7-10 business days for my money back. This place is ridiculous and a joke. They need to learn better customer service and if you say you open at a certain time and take someone’s money you need to provide the service at that time not when you feel like working. I’m past pissed off.

Terrible service… I was having dinner with my family in the play area and the person in charge of cleaning went through the garbage container at the entrance and started removing all the chairs and it was barely 7:00 PM and in my opinion it was disrespectful, I have always gone to that place with my children but I will never go back and so that you do not go through the same thing I recommend not going.

Terrible place do not go workers dont want to work and will not give your food correctly and will give you attitude if you say anything about it especially the manager in there I waited almost 1 hour for some food and when they brought me my order I was still missing food at that point I just wanted my money back and didn’t get my money or my food and left with nothing
