Service was bad. Lady working the drive through said we placed an order for pickup inside while on the app it shows we did drive through. She then was very rude and was sighing like it’s our fault. She went on to say that she couldn’t bring the bag of already done food to the window so someone went inside to get it and it took absolutely forever to get it.

If I could give negative stars I would. The night shift management has a very rude attitude. The way he talks to customers is uncalled for and if you ask for something fresh he will tell you he will make it when he has time. He should be fired but I guess they are desperate for workers is why he still has his job. The food was disgusting after we waited over 20 minutes for it. The bean burrito was cold and wasnt made correct. The fries was not hot and the stacker was not eatable.

Drive thru order ,had to go inside, apparently they had forgotten about telling me to ” pull around “, the waffle fries or whatever they are called was harder than a rock due to over cooking,tossed them in the garbage ,hush puppies were the best part of ” the meal” fish was ” freshly cooked ” harder than a rock also.

Burrito Supreme? No, burrito-ito. Inside was a half spoon at most of beans , and a dollop of sour creme. Two stars because the soft taco ‘side’ took twice as many bites to finish.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese crunch wrap and got a sausage egg and cheese Crunchwrap.. hash brown couldn’t have been eaten because it was so old and hard! Absolutely awful ! Won’t be spending my money there anymore!! And of course when I called the store to let them know what happened no one would answer the phone

There is one girl who works mid-day who gets my order right, and I lover her… but every other time I go, it’s wrong. And why ask me what sauce I want but not put sauce in the bag ? I started going inside and ordering instead. Welp, the bathrooms are gross. Like someone did NOT clean up on a Saturday afternoon and fecal matter was on the floor. Still, this taco bell is better than the one in Morristown, but not as good as the Jeff city one.
