The food was good and the restaurant was clean.
The ghost pepper sandwich was hot but not too hot.
They ran out of straws for our drinks and they didn’t give us napkins and there were none to be found.
The staff was friendly.
Overall it was a good experience.

I love that crew. The last few years, they’ve all been great. I’m not the one in my picture but they’d know me if it was my picture. I always let them know how much we appreciate them, a team to be proud of. To the one before me complaining they’re slow and make mistakes; they’re just people. They have other customers and I’m positive if you let them know about any errors with your food, they would make it right. But, some just want to sling the negative

Great customer service ! From the time i pulled up i was greeted right away. Wasn’t for sure what i wanted however was never rushed and was told to say “Popeyes” when ready to proceed with my order. Great customer service from the two young gentlemen at the window. Despite working the night before thanksgiving. Definitely will be back to visit sooner than later. Haven’t received this type of customer service in awhile now. !

Every time I go through their drive-through, I always have to get out of my car and go inside to get my food. Usually it takes 30 minutes to get my food because they don’t make it until I get there. Plus, ordering it through the app is not any better. This is a terrible restaurant, it’s not clean, and employees were walking around with their pants halfway down their butt. The service is awful and always has been. Please close down this restaurant. Also, they were playing explicit rap music in the dining room.

This Popeyes is the worst I had 30 minutes for lunch waited almost my entire lunchtime to get an order and then found out that they never even cooked the chicken that I ordered. associates need to put your cell phones up and do your job I will never be back and Popeyes is the Worst. The associate asked me if I wanted something different And I told him to give me a refund and I didn’t even get my full refund I will be calling corporate Onthis Popeyes.

I am BIG on customer service. In MY opinion it drives the experience of a customer time at YOUR place of business. I opted to stop at the Popeyes at 720 South Main Street in Graham NC. Please note there was a Bojangles (original chicken sandwich) that I could have and should have gone to. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich meal at 1:59 and didn’t receive it (sloppily made WITH hard brioche bread) until 2:19. I am beyond disappointed by the non-chalant customer service ( employees acting as if there was no sense of urgency to clear the 7 car drive-thru AND the 6 customers inside). The service was poor and the food did NOT make up for it! Please note while we were in line waiting people came from the drive-thru because their orders were incorrect. I do not recommend this location and suggest their be a stronger focus on the “customer experience.”

I paid 20 dollars for a pair of legs and a number 5 and an extra red beans and rice. They only have me one red beans and rice and only one biscuits. The tenders were just left over pieces of chicken with no meat whatsoever. I don’t know why I keep coming back to this location. But never again, that’s for sure.
