Like this is ridiculous, I can’t believe I paid almost $40 for some dang tacos that basically don’t have anything in them like literally I call it a dollar taco. Like it’s literally nothing but lettuce and a half spoon of meat like dang I spent more time ordering my food off the screen then they took to make it. I’m so upset with order it’s not even funny. Now I know why I don’t eat out anymore it’s literally a waste of money cause you sure don’t get what you paid for.

Do not get the chicken. It was old and dry and discolored. Disgusting! Also the dude at the window didn’t give us our drink and just slammed the window shut as we were talking to him. The other guy was very nice and helpful though. He apologized and gave us our drink.

Worst location in the entire US I’ve been to alaska north Carolina Illinois Idaho Virginia Tennessee locations and many more and have never had the service or nasty handling of the food I asked to speak with someone they ignored me so I asked another and had her come over to see what unsatisfactory crap they are dishing out and I was argued with saying she made the borritos when I saw someone else making them and that person even said they were working on my order but the portions were way off one had all rice one had very little of anything and she just argued to the end that they are right even when I pointed out the fact all 3 were different amounts and very obvious that they were and the soft tacos were thrown in the wrapper and almost no beef in 1 soaking with grease, nasty food nasty staff and if that huge chick was the manager she must have been mad she had to walk 10 feet or something this place is ridiculous. I know taco bell ain’t no gourmet meal but damn do better, how bout don’t throw everything together and throw everything in a bag then tape it up tight so you can’t see what mess they made SMH do better also in the app it said that my order would be ready by 9:10 it’s understandable to be a few minutes over that but I left at 9:40 you can see on the camera that’s sit down restaurant time like wth this is taco bell should be out fast and in good condition with accuracy not slow as all get out and the most sloppy job I’ve ever seen

I walked in to place my order, no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. I finally decided to place the order on the mobile app because it was at least responsive. I placed the order, I waited for it to say my order was ready and now I’ve stood here for another 15 minutes staring at the staff while they wholeheartedly ignored me and two other people waiting in the lobby. One dude walked out. I finally managed to get someone’s attention and my food had been sitting on the counter in the back for at least 10 of the 15 minutes I waited, now it’s cold, congealed, and disgusting. Thanks a lot.

would give a zero if I could. young childish girl at the counter had poor customer service. didnt even acknowledge me or another dasher waiting PATIENTLY for our food. I then asked if we could get help, she had a very rude and disturbing tone to her with her finger pointed “only three of us, give us a minute” I get it, it can be busy but thats not how you talk to customers. when I then asked for her name she snatched the food away and said another dasher can get the order and to get out or shes calling the cops. I continuously asked for her name but it was never given and I repeatedly got threatened with the cops. worst experience ive ever had and its my favorite location. I get time can be busy but to not be able to handle your emotions in this industry is just not okay. thats why its called fast food. “fast and friendly”

I’ve had multiple bad experiences with this taco bell, the first time was when we did a mobile order and we got the chips and cheese but with no cheese, a potato taco with no potatoes just sauce and lettuce, and a very poorly put together and messy burrito.. the second time was also a mobile order and they were out of a lot of things which is fine they were explaining it to us at the window and they told me my crunchwrap was going to be ghetto, don’t know what that means, and we checked the bag before leaving that time because they messed up before and they threw everything in there with tons of sauce packets and didn’t give us our 3 cinnamon twists so we had to go inside to tell them and they laughed while they gave us the bag of our cinnamon twists. They just seem like they don’t care.

I ordered a beefy five layer and a cravings box yesterday to bring into work and the burritos were disgusting enough I threw them both out. I usually enjoy the food that comes from this location but this time was absolutely terrible. At least the Dr. Pepper.

The crew at this Taco Bell was amazing they have great customer service skills, very kind and friendly, they fixed my order that another store messed up and I’m just so very thankful for them, I highly recommend this Taco Bell to everyone, the atmosphere was so welcoming. They do a great job. Keep up the great work guy’s, it’s because of you guy’s customer’s feel valued and cared about.

The food is very hot or miss. I avoid the new location by airport and powers. I ordered 2 bean burritos with extra beans and onions I literally bit into a mouth full of cold cheese and nothing else…. When I went back they turned all the lights off and closed.. wouldn’t answer the drive through at 10:55pm. Rude kids
