Came here with my coworkers after work on a weekday and really enjoyed it. The restaurant is spacious and the interior is well decorated and organized. Service was excellent and the staff checked in on us regularly.

We got the raw meat appetizer which was delicious, also shared the bruschetta sampler which was tasty and easy to share. For entrees, I had the salmon dish and it’s full of flavor and perfectly buttery. Overall, great options in a nice setting and a prime location. I would definitely come back again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience at BRIO in St. Louis was bad from beginning to end.

First, the customer service was simply poor. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. There was no warmth, no sense of hospitality — just a rushed, careless attitude that set the tone for the entire meal.

The food was even more disappointing. The pasta dishes looked and tasted like frozen, reheated meals. The red sauce lacked flavor and depth, and the portions were shockingly small for the price. Over $20 for pasta that looks and tastes like this? No way.

The so-called macaroni and cheese was basically kids’ mac and cheese — extremely simple, bland, and nothing close to what you’d expect from an Italian restaurant at this price point.

Overall, the entire experience felt low-quality and overpriced. I’m from South Florida and have been to BRIO locations there that were significantly better — this one doesn’t come close.

Very disappointing and honestly pretty disgusting compared to what I expected.

Everything was wonderful! I’m just giving 4 stars based on the price. I got the lasagna and it was $22. I felt like that was a little much for a classic pasta dish. But the atmosphere was beautiful. Great service! Wide range menu of food to choose from.

This was a great choice for a family dinner on Thanksgiving night. (We do Thanksgiving on Friday). Great food, great service. I had the Chicken Limone (call it extra lemony piccata). It comes with garlic mashed potatoes and broccolini and everything was perfect.

Christmas dinner was amazing! I had pork chop which were tasty and tender, just perfect. Attention was also paid to the mashed potatoes and broccolini. This would be my death row meal. My mom ordered the chicken limone . It too was absolutely delicious. Apologies for the mostly eaten pictures.

We stopped in BRIO for the first time for dinner last weekend. The service was good, but the food and drinks were so disappointing. First, I ordered a passionfruit drink, and I got a pineapple drink instead. Turns out it was a mix-up at the bar, they replaced the drink, and let us keep the first one. Both drinks were disappointing, though, especially for the hefty price. The worst part was the food, though. We ordered the $28 steak salad and the $21 bruschetta sampler to split. We don’t mind paying more for great food, but if we order a $28 salad, we expect it to be amazing. The salad was premade and had been sitting in a refrigerator for at least hours but possibly overnight. You know how a salad tastes after you had leftovers and put them in the fridge thinking it might still be salvable the next day, but then you try it, and it’s just gross. The lettuce is soggy and no longer fresh. Yep, that’s how the $28 steak salad came. The waitress said, “They are just finishing up the steak for the salad, and then it’ll be right out.” I realized, afterwards, it was because the salads are made well in advance and stored in the refrigerator (it seems with dressing already on it, or the lettuce had just been in there a really long time), and they just cook whatever meat someone orders them with and throws it on top. The salad wasn’t even worth $15 the way it came, let alone $28. If I hadn’t already complained about getting the wrong drink, I would’ve sent the salad back. I should’ve actually. It was awful. The bruschetta sampler was just okay. Two of the three were good. The 3rd tasted like it just had spaghetti sauce on it with some cheese. Even our 17-year old who loves regular spaghetti sauce commented on it and didn’t finish it. Our daughter got the fettucine alfredo with chicken and spinach. It was decent. Overall, if we had just gotten the wrong drink, and it was disappointing, we still would’ve considered coming back if the food was good. The food was so disappointing, though. We’ve gone to local taverns and gotten $10 salads that were better and fresher than this one, and it’s clear that’s always how they make them. Don’t waste your money coming to BRIO. There are SO many great options in St. Louis. Even Flower Child’s food next door is 10X’s better than BRIOs….fresh and good!

My husband and I really enjoyed our lunch the other day! The margherita flatbread was amazing and pasta was very flavorful. The food came out at a decent time, but the star of our experience was our waitress, Taylor! She had amazing service, she explained the menu items and specials well and recommended the flatbread that we absolutely loved. Taylor’s bright smile and warm personality made us want to come back for more. Great staffing choice, Brio!

Quite the Italian gem to find in Missouri! Brio combines phenomenal Italian cuisines with a beautiful environment and atmosphere.
We were greeted upon arrival to surprisingly inviting, cordial and extremely friendly staff, making the environment and atmosphere and complete experience top notch.
It had been a hectic week, and at that point we wanted to treat ourselves to one of the most comforting foods in our opinion that exists.. Italian! While down in St. Louis for personal affairs and business, we inqured about finding a place that gave the quality and taste of Italy, we were told about Brio from several in the area.
I am truly glad our week needed this type of experience! The food was flavorful, savory, and generously proportioned for extremely amazing prices, which in our experience with travels, is often unheard of.
We have the best server I think any of us ever had experienced, we still smile now at how light and airy and friendly Miss Sherri was during our visit.
Her personality it was great, her positivity was truly enlightening and was much needed at that point, at no point were we left waiting wondering or hoping for good quality service, and a few laughs she provided and we desperately needed.
Brio is a beautiful establishment, and we are so thankful to have been able to had the opportunity to visit.
We will definitely be sharing our experiences with others. And look forward to returning should we find ourselves in the area again.
Thank you, from each of us, who just needed the right atmosphere and lasagna to celebrate the accomplishment of a stressful week.
Until we find our way back to you again, please know, we were grateful for you all! And should this review be seen, please let Miss Sherri know, we are so grateful for her and her contagious personality that day!

Great food/Great service, as usual will be back!

My recommendation, grilled salmon salad it is phenomenal, as always. Honestly, if you think you’ve had a salmon salad like this somewhere else… no, you haven’t!
I noticed they had a seasonal salmon salad on the menu this time and I genuinely considered trying it… I just couldn’t get past the original menu one.
The service here is always “on it” & so helpful with menu suggestions. Brittany, was was attentive without hovering, made great suggestions, and clearly knew the menu well.
And yes…if you’re wondering they still serve bread to the table before you even order, which always feels like the perfect start to(any)meal. Also, for the first time I was offered to sign up for rewards, if they don’t offer ask bc you get a discount your enxt visit!
