Caleb is an amazing server!!
My only negative thing to say is that I had ordered a jalapeno margarita, and they were out of jalapenos. So I think I got a regular margarita, with some tajin in it.

I can honestly say as someone that will eat about anything, this was the most disgusting inedible meal I’ve ever had. In fact, if I had not done my insulin shot, I would not have taken a bite. It was basically nothing but grease. The waiter was great, but the food was absolutely disgusting.

The food is fine, not wow but the service is just poor. We gave this place two tries and that’s it last time going.
First visit, the server was rushing us so much she didn’t even listen when I explained that my sister is allergic to onions and that we don’t eat pork or bacon. She just said “ok ok” and left, and the order came out completely wrong.
Second time, the waitress was amazing. She listened, repeated the order, and I trusted her. I even gave her my card without double checking. But when I got the receipt, there was an extra $18 meal added. Just because I didn’t check right away doesn’t mean I don’t care about being overcharged.
Make sure to always check your receipt here. After two tries, we won’t be back.

My Mom, Grandma and me went to Red Robin for my Moms birthday lunch, we all shared salad and fries, the fries were ok, but DON’T even get me started on the salad! It was completely brown! And tasted like it had NEVER been washed ! My burger was stone cold! My Mom and Grandma got no toppings at all on their burger. We all wanted water refills and even didn’t get it, the server wouldn’t even come to us, no matter how hard we tried to get her attention! Me and my family didn’t like it and DEFINITELY WERE NOT SATISFIED! Dont even attempt to go there!

WORST SERVICE EVER! Waited to be seated because no one at the desk. Then finally seated and got menus multiple servers walked past us including I’m guessing the manager and never acknowledged us. Between waiting to be seated and someone finally coming over to say IM SO SORRY AND KEPT SERVING OTHER TABLES it’s was about 20+ minutes until we decided to just leave. Then as we’re walking out he just says sorry again. Exactly why I do most things in prattville.

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner date that made our anniversary peaceful and quiet. We really loved our service who gave great attention to our every need…can’t remove her name and the waitstaff that came over and spoke with us….thank you Red Robin for a wonderful time out….we normally eat most meals at home…

I entered this restaurant today 11/1/2025 for Lunch a little over 12:30 pm we was seated very fast the atmosphere was very comfortable but the service and the food was horrible . The Caesar salad lettuce was brown looked old like it had crumbled up leftover croutons in it from the night before . The chicken tenders were friend so hard but still undone . The blackened grilled salmon tasted skillet burnt not seasoned at all. Tasted preheated. The Parmesan Brocolli was very soggy. The onion straws on my boyfriend’s burger were soggy and not crunchy. I ordered a patron margarita it was also horrible it tasted like a coconut drink mixed with blueberry juice. The patron shot inside the drink tasted like cheap gin. The kids said they pizza was ok I would say 7/10 for presentation for kids pizza because it looked as if they only warmed it up til they burnt the edges badly. The waiter never introduced herself to us by name she only stated she was new and she was trying to help. The food came out to fast to not be good. Poorly prepared food. 5/10 recommended. I didn’t even take the leftovers for my dog.

This place was awesome! Very family friendly and the prices were reasonable! We had a party of 7- 5kids 2 adults. Great menu options and even a bar! The sides are bottomless and everyone got ff as an appetizer.
