We were here during MLK vacation. We ordered pomfret tikka fry, paneer tikka masala, butter naan and chicken biryani; everything mild spice. Food was delicious. My kids loved pomfret fry.

This was my second visit to this delightful restaurant, and I truly enjoyed it even more than the first time. The curries were incredibly rich, bursting with vibrant flavors that danced on my palate. Each bite was a perfect blend of spices that crafted a memorable tasting experience. Moreover, the prices were quite reasonable given the exceptional quality of the food. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Indian cuisine!

Biryani Pot San Antonio absolutely deserves 5 stars. The food was amazing the biryani was flavorful, aromatic, and perfectly cooked, just like everyone talks about online. The curries had rich taste, good spice levels, and generous portions. You can tell they put real effort into their flavors.
The staff was friendly and service was quick even though the place was busy. The restaurant feels warm and welcoming, and their social media posts match the vibe always sharing specials and keeping customers excited.
If you’re craving authentic Indian food, this is one of the best spots in San Antonio. I’ll definitely be going back.

The food was absolutely amazing! Honestly some of the best Indian cuisine I’ve ever had. Sai and Mangu took great care of our large group; they were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel effortless. The prices are excellent for both the quality and the generous portions.
I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere only because the building is older and could use a bit of updating, but everything else was fantastic. I’d definitely come back

This is the best Biryani Pot location across Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. Their food is amazingly fresh, yumm and delicious. The onion pakora with masala tea was so good, and their mint chutney is their MVP. Lots of choices for vegetarian people like me. I met one American gentleman who comes there for dinner every Sunday.

I discovered Indian food a few years ago and realized I had been wasting my life prior to this. Biryani pot was the Indian food restaurant closest to me, and how fortunate that was. And now, after trying various places in and out of town, I see that Biryani pot is the best, hands down.
Huge menu, filled with all kinds of wonderful dishes. I might eventually try them all, but I have my favorites. Methi chicken curry, cheese kulcha and sweet paan are my most ordered items. Even when I have accidentally ordered the wrong thing (there is more than one dumpling, for instance), I eat it anyway, and it’s fabulous.
There’s a reason they send out tray after tray of catering every weekend. There’s a reason I drive for 25 minutes each way sometimes to eat here. It’s the best. The staff know me by name, which is great too. My new best restaurant in town since I first discovered it.

This is one of my favorite Indian restaurants in San Antonio. The butter chicken, the garlic basil naan, the chicken 65 are all great plates. My husband liked the food but thought it was too spicy (he had the Malabar chicken). I, on the other hand, thought my dish (butter chicken) was perfect. The service can improve but it’s not terrible. The restaurant itself is small and I loved the music playing. It made it feel authentic.
The restrooms need some work. They were so smelly when I went. Overall, I enjoyed the food and place. I will continue coming.
