Extremely disappointing experience. We were asked to wait briefly in the drive-through, which was no problem, but while waiting, multiple cars in the other lane ordered, received their food, and left. After several minutes, I politely asked if we would be able to order and was met with a rude, dismissive response. The employee told us we could wait or leave, then laughed and sarcastically said we could order as we were backing out. The continued laughing and disrespectful tone were completely unprofessional. We will not be returning.

Some people can’t handle management or leadership roles. I understand that we all have bad days, however it doesn’t give you the right to disrespect someone else who has nothing to do with your circumstances. Specifically, working at restaurants and fast food places, you should expect dealing with immature individuals. Meaning you should have tough skin and not have attitude towards others. Despite what you go through, you should be able to be the bigger person who is professional. Now, I know how it is to be overwhelmed as I’ve worked at gas stations, restaurants, Registration Services, and many other customer service positions in leadership positions. I did my best to not allow my emotions over take me and get moody and snap at people.
*** I politely asked for hot sauce after ordering my breakfast. I personally can eat 3-4 hot sauce on 2 sandwiches. Manager in black McDonalds coat or shirt with a bad attitude gave me one. I asked if I could get couple more. He said only one more as he handed it to me and shut the window. He walked away disrespectfully while he said No! I had to go inside for couple more packets of hot sauce so I may enjoy my breakfast. He was still having attitude inside with everyone. Bo reason for it. You should just have taken the day off.

What part of “Don’t put onions on my burger” do you guys not understand! I SPECIFICALLY said “NO ONIONS, I AM ALLERGIC.” It states it on my grill slip ON THE BURGER, “NO ONIONS” so don’t be getting on your window guy. He did it right. Your grill people apparently can’t read a grill slip! This is literally the THIRD TIME IN A ROW that I have had to give up my lunch because you guys put onions near all my stuff. Please retrain your employees and let them know that it’s not that some people don’t like them (which you should STILL RESPECT) but some are actually allergic to them and get incredibly sick and can’t just scrape it off. Please be mindful.

We went to drive up to order iced tea. They want to charge us $9.89 then realized their mistake when questioned. The next window asked if we ordered a machiato. Instead of giving us a half sweet, the tea was fully sweetened. I will not go back to Red Bluff McDonald’s.

Came here the other day ordered 3 meals 2 burgers with mayo and cheese only even the tag said that but had ketchup pickles onions. Also was missing the other burger and to top it off was getting 2 unsweet iced tea and 1 coke they gave me 1 tea 1 coke and 1 lemonade tea and the lemonade tea was an up charge. Called in went to answer machine left message but never got a call back. This is by far the worst service I have ever had from a place.

We went through the drivetru and bought the new product Happy Birthday Crimaces. They didnt five me my sandwiches and we ask for three large fries and as you can see in the picture it didnt have enough fries. I pay and they send me to the second windows and my food was standing there like 5 minutes. I try to call three times and they didnt answers.
