POOR QUALITY SERVICE AND CHICKEN!!!! Food was not fresh in any way shape or form. I am pretty sure chicken I received was old. It was extremely overcooked and dry. I would not recommend to anyone.

I would like to recognize an employee named Kimme at the Popeyes location at 2445 Cherry Rd, Rock Hill, SC.

Tonight, I placed my order through the Popeyes app and pulled into the drive-thru. After waiting almost 6 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging customers, I decided to pull around and go inside. Once inside, I saw a line of customers waiting for their orders, and it became clear the restaurant was extremely short staffed.

There were only two employees operating the entire restaurant—Kimme working the front and managing orders, and one cook preparing food in the back.

Despite the stressful conditions, Kimme remained patient, professional, friendly, and extremely apologetic to every customer. She was handling multiple responsibilities at once, including DoorDash orders, customer service, and managing the front counter, all while maintaining empathy and a positive attitude.

It was very clear she was working under strenuous conditions, yet she did not let it affect the way she treated customers. Her work ethic and leadership stood out immediately.

Kimme deserves to be recognized for her dedication, and I truly believe she should be considered for a raise and a leadership position based on her performance and professionalism.

Thank you for your time, and I hope this message is shared with the appropriate management team.

Just bite a damn near a mouth full of hair in my 1/4 lb popcorn shrimp & 2 tenders combo. I had to spit it out because there was so much in my mouth. This is completely unacceptable and ruined my meal. There was hair FRIED into my popcorn shrimp. The restaurant needs to improve food handling and hygiene immediately. I knew I should have followed my gut about getting food from here. Y’all got to fix how y’all handle people food fr.

Ordered a 16 pc family meal all dark meat. Arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my order and was told they can’t do all dark. He then told me to hold on while he answered his cell phone. Then told me it would be a 12 minute wait if I want all dark meat. Choose to wait. While waiting a customer came through drive through and was told they didn’t have any spicy, if they wanted to wait it would be 12 minutes. Another customer walked in to pick up his order and was told it would be a 12 minute wait for his boneless order.
Only two people working and when we walked in they were just standing around.
Wasn’t even offered a drink while I had to wait.
LETS GO PEOPLE, MAKE SOME CHICKEN. ITS YOUR DANG JOB

After waiting for 20 minutes we were told that they messed up and dropped white meat not dark meat and that they couldn’t fulfill my order. He said they could not drop more chicken until they sold out what they had. I asked for a refund and was told I have to go to the app since I ordered on line. They said they could not drop more chicken because it would mess up there chicken count. When I asked who the store manager was they said both of them were. When I asked for the owner info I was told they don’t know who that is. When I asked who the store manager in charge was he said Miss B but he couldn’t tell me when she worked and couldn’t give me a phone number to reach her. DEPLORABLE SERVICE, DEPLORABLE ATTITUDES. AVOID THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS.

Why did I order and was told 10 minutes later that the order would take another 8 minutes because the guy you see in the picture was not dropping orders but, instead talking to employees like they’re not at work. Not to mention another employee was outside smoking while he was inside, then they switched he went outside to smoke and chill and the other guy came in to actually make the orders. I get back inside after 15 minutes the lady says it’s still being prepared. Not to mention it’s 6 people in front of me no telling how long they’ve been waiting if I’ve waited 20 mins now!! Then I look up to see this lady with a big bonnet on her head looking like she’s at home watching the kids or something. Talking on the phone like it’s not even work doesn’t even have on the right uniform for work.. Popeyes llc and owners need to look into this location directly! This is an ongoing occurrence. I’ve not met 1 person who’s came here and had a nice experience! We rather go to bojangles!! It’s a shame it’s sad that they chose to go to work and live this way making others lives harder. Turning a 5-10 min food trip to an hour just to leave with no food.

This is one of my new favorite locations , since the one on arrowwood is closed. The people at this location are very pleasant and considerate. I’ve came here four times consistently now and they make sure my chicken is always hot and fresh. ! I even have came when the GM is there and she always give me good laughs and vibes. They are very consistent. My new favorite Popeyes.

Made an order online, arrived 30 minutes before close and was told by the employees that they didn’t have any of the items we ordered. They had started cleaning and just didn’t want to have to clean up anymore. They didn’t reject the order or cancel the order so since they were still open I couldn’t get support to cancel my order. Basically just left me stranded without money or food, leaving a half-assed promise to tell the manager and have it ready tomorrow. Literally robbed me and told me to smile about it.

Waited in drive through. No answer. Went inside and ordered a 8 piece family meal. 20 minutes go by they forgot my order. I received 6 wings 2 thighs and a small side. Was not enough food for $29. Made a sandwich at home to fill the gap. Biscuits were half dry. Chicken was good and crispy. Multiple other customers had issues with their orders too.

I went there a week ago, and there was no sense of urgency at all. Me and my friend were standing there waiting for someone to take our order for almost 5 minutes, and then when they did take our order, we watched them all sit around on their phones, not making our order. We wait for around 10 minutes, then we hear them talking about our order. No one in the drive thru, no one in line in front of us. A total of like 4 people in there at this time. I will never go back to this location, I got a refund and then I left to go somewhere else. It was extremely disappointing, and even worse cause I was hangry lol.
