My mom and I traveled from out of town and took our family members we were visiting at Lancaster to Olive Garden located at 901 Plaza Drive Lancaster, PA — a total of 9 people.
We arrived at 11:45 AM, were seated at 12:20 PM, and were not served until 1:35 PM. That is an extremely long wait just to be served.
The restaurant was not packed at all, yet several groups who arrived after us were served, finished their meals, and left before we ever received our food.
The servers explained that they were trying to bring all the food out together, but two orders were incorrect, causing additional delays. We were also told at one point that my order was forgotten, and my daughter’s order was wrong.
When the food finally arrived, it was cold and dry (pictures attached/below). We asked to speak with the manager, but instead of acknowledging what the servers had already told us, she made excuses and claimed they were “busy for the holidays,” which clearly did not match what we observed in the restaurant.
Due to the poor handling of the situation, we left the food untouched and were not charged. While we appreciated not being billed, the overall experience was frustrating and disappointing — especially since this was meant to be a treat for family we were visiting.
I would not recommend this location.

Overall good experience here. We were seated and our food came fast. As it became busy, our service took a lot longer than expected (understandably). Overall, good service when we come to this location. Definitely better than the one at the outlets (yikes)

The food here is great. Even for a strict vegan there were limited, but satisfying options. An additional vegan cheese or meat sauce would be nice.
The service was absolutely above and beyond! Our waiter was attentive, friendly, and went the extra steps to ensure our vegan person had any questions about ingredients answered. Service here deserves more than 5 stars!!

Service gets 3 stars because I received my drink ( iced tea ) after dinner arrived. Payment kiosk didn’t work for me and several others. I didn’t get offered a refill had to ask for a to go bag. Now the meat and potatoes of this review. The Zuppa toscana. Last few times I have gotten it and it is not the same as it used to be to be. At first I figured I just got a bad scoop so I ordered it again and the next time I had the Same thought process, surely they didn’t change the recipe. Again terrible . This last weekend I go in and order it. Thinking 3rd time is a charm. NOPE. Here is what I got; Maybe one piece of kale. Barely any identifiable sausage , and so much potato slices they were literally stacked up out past the broth line. It tasted like watered down potato au gratin even the soup base was flavorless.

We waited over a half hour for our food after ordering. Our server finally told us that part of our order was accidentally given to someone else. They offered to bring what was done and bring the missing part after it was remade. What they brought out had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while, the pasta edges were dried and hard and the sauce had a film on top. Noticed a lot of workers hanging out behind the bar but no one was clearing tables or seemed to be working.

Our service here was absolutely abysmal. To start, when we were seated it took a good 15 minutes for us to get drinks. When our drinks were finally served, we asked for salad and breadsticks. Did not come out for 10 minutes. After placing our actual food orders, and an extra serving of salad, it took almost an hour for our food to come out. It was kind of cold, and we got a half apology for the wait. No salad. We asked for it, and it took yet another 10 minutes to come. The food was delicious, the service not so much. We will not be returning. it was incredibly slow as well, so there is no reason that it took almost 1:30 minutes to get 4 plates of food and drinks. We did get a discount at the beginning of the night, so I assume they thought they could be less strict with their service because of it. Wishing things could have been different with the service…

I usually leave 5 star reviews to Olive Gardens restaurants, but this one just made me upset. In my pickup order I ordered a tiramisu for 8.99$. But I got wayyy smaller portion. I usually get almost half more than this. Just giving you a heads up, if you do a take out in this location, check your portions. I absolutely wouldn’t pay almost 10$ for this again

I have been to many OG’s over the years and always had good experiences. But somehow this one near Park City in Lancaster, PA was the single nicest one I have ever been in. It had a different feel to it than the others I have seen, and somehow they made the same classic and familiar OG dishes better than any I have ever had. The E.P. Parm was the single best one I have ever had at any OG. The breading even seemed different like of a higher quality. It was well worth the price and the drive over there.

We went there this past Saturday at 4:30 pm for an early dinner and I’m glad we beat the rush at 5 pm. Regardless, the service was amazing since our server was very fast with everything and checked in consistently. The food was good as usual, and their seasonal pumpkin cheesecake was superb. I would definitely go back to this location.
