I am a fan of Applebees and get takeout quite often and am often very pleased! I usually get the sirloin, but this time I decided to get the big ribeye steak and it was VERY fatty. I do love a little crispy fat on the edge, but this was all the way through to the point I could barely cut it and pull off a piece because it had strings of fat going through it. Still it was flavored really good and everything else was delicious!
The service was good as well. There was an obnoxious table of 5 drunken people who were literally scream singing and chanting obscenities, I kid you not, at the TOP of their lungs! They were refused anymore alcohol and asked to leave and wouldn’t leave! The staff handled it well and moved everyone away from them and apologized. I felt terrible for the staff who was having to babysit these 5 adults.
But overall, as I mentioned, I’m usually really happy with the food at this Applebee’s. It’s always consistent, so when I order something repeatedly, it doesn’t taste different every time. Great job in the kitchen and kudos to the service staff!

I received an Uber eats order from this restaurant, and it was absolutely horrible, my food was ice cold and had to be reheated in the oven. The ice cream that came with my dessert was melted, and the brownie bite was way way too small

The food I ordered was just ok. The riblets were better than the shrimp, which I think was the batter, and the chicken strips were terrible. The inside was dry and the outside was falling off. The ranch was good bc it was the “homemade” kind. The fries are good. The tea wasn’t good at all, it wasn’t sweet and it was bitter. The cheese sticks didn’t have enough seasoning. The service was good and we got our food fast. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Dining area was clean, but loud. That didn’t bother me. We sat near the bar, so it was expected. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. I liked the tablet thing that was on the table to play games on. Helped pass the time.

Attentive and excellent service from Sean with a delicious dinner cooked perfectly. My drink was excellent from (I think Sean said D) and husband’s sweet tea was some of best in Fayetteville recently. Shrimp ‘N Parmesan Sirloin was so good with perfectly cooked broccoli. Husband and I shared 2 for $25 with mozzarella sticks for the table, his bacon cheeseburger/fries and my Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. So delicious and flavorful! We hadn’t been here in quite a while as it had gotten so loud and unpleasant for dining, but tonight was a pleasure and everything was so clean. Will definitely be back soon!

Called and asked what was the wait for a party of 11 and was told 30 min. Decided to reserve table at 645 pm online. Went in restaurant at 719 and was told again it would be 30 min. Several ppl coming in and waiting and getting text info. At 805 asked how much longer and was told 5 more minutes. After 10 minutes, we were told by staff that the manager said we are not serving anyone anymore. What do you mean sir? Staff said, we are so understaffed that we can’t serve anyone anymore. Keep in mind, every waiter and waitress kept coming to the front staff telling them they don’t want no more customers for a while or cut back on bringing them in. Oh and the restaurant had about 20 tables open and the bar was half full. Manager very unprofessional because he let staff explain to 30 ppl that they aren’t serving anyone. Staff lazy and did not want to work. If they cannot handle the work due to staff, why don’t they just close.

Ordered 140$ worth of food using door dash. Well we know they pack it and seal it to insure your delivery driver didn’t tamper with your food. Well.. they got our order wrong. When we called they blamed it on door dash. Ummm.. it’s sealed to keep them out. They didn’t leave the food out the bag. We ordered another 70$ worth to just fix it ourselves and they got it messed up again! I’m so over places blaming others. So do not use door dash bc they will blame them and not take accountability.

We sat and our server came over after attending to another customer. She complimented me and that was the start to us loving our visit after a very long and daunting day. Our servers name was Sherina and she had a warm and welcoming smile, an amazing attitude and was attentive in the perfect nature, not where they drive you crazy. The food cane out very quickly and was so delicious! Everything was cooked perfectly and its all exactly what we needed after the long day we had had!
Often times people talk about Applebees as if its not worth going but my love for Applebees has and always will grow with experiences like last nights. If you go to the Good Middling location, ask for Sherina! Best experience we have had with regards to service in a very long time!

Service was outstanding tonight my mother and me went our server Sean was one of the best service we have had ever since living here and Fayetteville for over a year and a half one of the managers were very outstanding very nice and polite the food was very much on point my mother had the chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I had the chicken parmesan with the fettuccine was absolutely amazing and cooked well we also had about two appetizers of the pub waffle fries with the beer cheese with bacon on it absolutely amazing and hope to keep on continuing when we go in there to be served by Sean definitely would recommend him to anybody of wanting to be waited on he is an absolute fantastic waiter
