Was just there around 6:30 ish PM. It wasn’t busy (although that’s no excuse either). Ordered a McChicken meal and received it like this missing pickles and the other half of my bun … Do better!!! And thanks for saving me from the extra carbs I guess .

congrats on downgrading once again no wonder the stats on mcdonalds sales is down, the new renovation shrunk the size of the boring dine in, left one cashier, made 4 self checkout kiosk so you can work at mcdonalds for free, and got rid of the open beverage fountains, if you try getting breakfast here get ready to be irritated along with every other customers around you everytime. ordered 1 coke thats it, took him 3 minutes to do something he did in 10 seconds only after I had to bark at him, remember when mcdonalds use to care, now its just minimum requirement and drive thru focused

I ordered food through the drive thru tonight at 6:43 pm. I had my window rolled down while waiting in line and heard the lady in the car in front of me say she was given chicken nuggets, which was not what she ordered and gave the Mcdonalds worker back the bag of food. She received her correct order and drove off. My order consisted of chicken nuggets so I pulled up to the window and asked the Mcdonalds worker if they were giving me the same bag of food the car before me gave back to them and the guy just looked at me and then asked a girl if the bag of food was given to the car ahead of me and she said yes. I told them I was not going to take the food and would like a new order. Someone who acted like a manager said new food would be made. They had me pull to the front and within a minute they brought my food out. I checked the bag and they gave me a medium fry instead of a large fry that I purchased. I told the girl and she brought out a large fry. I didn’t even check the nuggets as I was irritated and just wanted to leave. When I got home I discovered there were only 8 chicken nuggets for my kids instead of 10. I’m not nearly as upset about only receiving 8 chicken nuggets as I am about them trying to give me food that was in someone’s else’s hands. That’s just disgusting! We will not be returning.

I stopped by at 12:35 and it was very busy. You would think during prime time lunch, you could get food that reasonably fresh. I ordered on the app as I walked in the door. Waited about 5 mins, they called my name and immediately handed me the bag. I pulled out a strip as I was backing out. It wasn’t remotely warm! I took a bite from 2 of them to see there was any difference and tgem trew them out. Absolutely the worst Chicken strips I’ve ever received! Will not ever stop by this location again!

Homeless guy out front begging for money. When he went in, he tried to fill a cup with soda, and they asked him to leave and he was claiming it was against the law. Right to refuse service.the bathroom was locked but very clean. Very professional staff. Atmosphere is the neighborhood not the restaurant in particular.

I can understand things happen, but got 2, bacon QPC, and both didn’t have bacon. 1 had the plastic from the cheese cooked into it with condiments on top of that. Didn’t notice till we got home as we did drive-thru. My wife and I lost our appetite and threw it all out. Only upside was Albert the manager/supervisor was very sorry and said I’d get a refund next time I come in, which probably won’t happen. Never again.

Yesterday, Saturday, I went to the drive thru and just got a hot coffee, but it was not hot, so I called it in. Today, I went back for that redue of the hot coffee, and I ordered a mcdouble. Well, I had to wait a long time for a hot coffee, so much so he had me drive around front to wait for him to bring it out. Yet, after 12 minutes of waiting, my burger was no longer hot, and still no coffee. So I had to go in return the burger for a hot one and asked about my coffee. I had spent 15 minutes in the drive thru line and another 12 minutes waiting for something I ordered. It’s not cool. Take a look at my bun on the mcdouble. That is not appetizing at all.

Excellent place for having a meal. I stopped here during my trip from Vegas to Grand Canyon West rim trip. A big shout out to staff Sandra. She definitely makes the difference and the 5 star rating is because of her. Brings a very positive energy and talks to customers in a very friendly manner. Always smiling and trying to provide her best service. The dining areas are very neat and clean too, very well maintained.

It’s really annoying when you make the drive for the convience and time to go through drive thru and things are forgotten. Make sure you check your bag before leaving the drive thru, otherwise you’ll pay extra for sauces or food and they aren’t in there. I don’t think it’s that difficult to verify items in the bag before handing it to the customer. Good luck trying to call because they usually let the phone just ring ring ring, you may have to call multiple times before you actually get an answer.
