My hubby ordered pickup for valentines day because we wanted to stay in and enjoy ourselves at home.It was a large order, my hubby went in picked up the order but because we were double parked we did not check if everything was in the bag. That parking lot by the way was packed with vehicles and snow piles. We got home and checked the order it was missing a few items. For context we live 30 mins away. My hubby called the restaurant and told them we were missing some items. They told him to come and pick up the missing food. He told them he is not driving another 30 mins either way to get the missing items.He asked the person on the phone if he could be refunded the cost of the missing items.
Either the person hung up or the phone got disconnected because we did get a call back. He called the restaurant for 2 days. Got varying degree of poor customer service. He called them again on the third day and told them he would like to stop by the restaurant and get the missing items that we were charged for. He was able to pick up the missing food yesterday . Overall the food is good I wished the ribs had more bbq sauce on it though. Loved the mac and cheese. We had a satisfying outcome. I will leave it at that.

The food here is yummy and full of flavor. I had the wings, fries, and salad, and the portion sizes were great for the price. Just be prepared for a wait—the restaurant was packed since it was the weekend, and the service was a little slow because of the crowd. Still, the meal itself was enjoyable.

Great for price. It was my first time here, I thought it’s kind of like Texas Roadhouse but I’d say the food is a tad bit better. The steak was cooked perfectly with a nice sear & the brussel sprouts were to die for. I would definitely eat here again, the server Gabby was very kind and attentive. The issue happened when my wife, who wasn’t feeling well, barely touched her ribeye. We asked for it to be boxed to go, but accidentally left it behind. We realized within 5 minutes, returned, and explained the situation. The hostess called the manager, but we were told the steak had already been thrown away. Instead of showing understanding, the manager offered an appetizer and treated us as if we were trying to get something for free—which we were not. We simply wanted what we had already paid for.
When I asked the manager her name, she said “Alex,” then gave me a business card that said Astrid Lucio – Restaurant Manager. The dismissive attitude and lack of customer care left a very poor impression, especially for first-time guests.
We dine at many restaurants across the country and internationally, and this experience was one of the worst in terms of management service. We will not return, and I do not recommend this location.

It was my first time dining at the LongHorn Steakhouse restaurant in Laurel, MD, and while the service was noticeably slow—especially with the restaurant appearing not to be busy ~ the food and service from the staff made up for it. The seating was also a bit tight making the experience more intimate with the family.
Every dish arrived beautifully plated, hot, and full of flavor. LongHorn is known for its fire-grilled steaks, hand-seasoned cuts, and made-from-scratch sides, and this location delivered on taste and presentation. The portions were generous and satisfying, leaving me full with leftovers that reheated perfectly the next day—which is always a win….when…
The overall quality of the meal was surprisingly impressive, from the freshness of the ingredients to the care taken with presentation. I selected the seafood the seafood dish but all the other dishes were equally good based on feedback from the rest of my family and friends. Honestly, the photos speak for themselves.
If service timing improves, this location has the potential to be a consistent go-to for a solid steakhouse experience. Based on the food alone, I’d absolutely return and try some dessert! If you like steak this is a good option for you.
