Exceptional Service and Excellent Food!
We recently had a fantastic experience at V’s Italiano Ristorante for the Saturday Lunch Buffet. Our party of five had a reservation, and this was our third visit—and once again, it exceeded expectations.
Our server, Shanell L., was truly top-notch and provided some of the best service we have ever had. She was attentive, personable, and managed our table with incredible grace and professionalism.
What really made the experience special was Shanell’s personal touch. Upon learning we were celebrating two birthdays, she went above and beyond by arranging for the cake to be brought out with lit candles! This thoughtful gesture made the celebration memorable and truly highlights her exceptional commitment to customer service.
The buffet itself had a nice selection, and I can confidently say that the food was excellent. Every item we tried was fresh and delicious.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return to V’s Italiano Ristorante. If you go, we highly recommend asking for Shanell L.!

Okay this was my first time having V’s & I just wanna say it is so good! Everything was perfect! The bread was good! , the pasta was amazing and the chicken and they even gave us a slice of cake ! Not sure if it was cause it was New Year’s Eve or if this is just something they do but I will for sure be back! And they were so nice we tried the Chicken Spiedini on fettuccine

Food was good. They have gluten free noodles, which were really good. No real gluten free desserts, unless you count ice cream… Our waiter was seriously scatter brained, kept forgetting things we had ordered. Would come back, realize he forgot it, apologize, and claim he’d go get it, only to repeat that pattern 2-3 times until he finally brought it! Atmosphere was cozy for conversation, but they had the AC on when it was 12 degrees outside. All in all it was just ok. Doubt we’ll be back.

Wow! This food was amazing! I don’t get to say that often, just wow! Natalie L was also my server and was so sweet and nice. She was very easy to talk to and made very good recommendations. Came here for restaurant week and found a new favorite place. Even the owner was making rounds and checking on people. Atmosphere is cozy and romantic. I’ll be back for sure.

The owner Greg stopped by all the tables to thank folks for coming in and our waiter James made my niece a foil rose for the 2nd year in a row for her birthday!

I went to let everyone know that V’s management did take responsibility for what occurred with the order below. He was kind enough and sent me a gift card for the full amount of our order and we look forward to going back and giving them another chance. This is what I call Great customer service!

Update: My previous review was 5 stars for dining in…my experience today is now only 2 stars…
Ordered today for delivery. 2 orders of Fettuccini Frutti De Mare… Each one seemed to be no more than 1/2 order, based on what is served in house… Hardly any sauce, pasta was dry and overcooked… 4 small shrimp in one and 5 in the other. I can only guess there was shredded lobster and not lobster chunks and very little at that. Not seasoned, no flavor. Each order came with one piece of Italian Rum Cake; both pieces for each order are included in when container with one of the pieces being a crumbled mess stuffed around the one full piece. You can’t see it, but the rest of the crumbled up broken piece is underneath the full piece. Very disappointed after paying a premium price
