Man, what a bad night for Culver’s last night. We tried 3 tables before finding one that wasn’t grossly dirty. The counters, the floor were also a mess. We were there 50 minutes and not once did anyone pickup garbage from a table, wipe a table, or clean anything. The slowest food preparation we remember taking 20 minutes to deliver 2 burgers. Singing and laughing coming from the kitchen and 3 employees working the window, but no food coming out.
Spencer was having the time of his life wandering and talking and chatting at tables, but kept walking by garbage filled tables and not picking anything up.
After our meal I stood in line for several minutes waiting to pick up 2 custards for desserts. He was the only one working the counter . When it became my turn and without saying a thing he turns and walked back in the kitchen, walked 2 laps, looked through the pass to me and just kept walking around, ignoring me at the counter? Finally another young man stepped from the window area and took my 2 scoops order. That was weird.
The custard and burgers were delicious as usual. But man the service was slow and most tables now dirty.
Spencer again wanders by. Not to clean, but to loudly visit the same tables he had already greeted.
He stopped at our table 3 times asking how the food was. He sat with an employee having their meal break. He sat at another table of 4 teens like he knew them. Maybe employees on a night off having a meal? He walked past a zillion tables and never picked up a single piece of trash like the Mayor of Culver’s, but no cleaning occurred. I can only imagine how dirty the kitchen must be if the dining area and service counter were so neglected?
Who was supposed to managing staff last night? It was a dirty restaurant. This pictured table sat with garbage on it for 50 minutes and had many employees walk by it and ignore it. Along with the table in the background that we first tried to sit at. And then the really gross countertop for napkins or ketchup. EW, what a mess Bountiful was last night. But plenty of singing coming from the kitchen?

I had the pleasure of dealing with Matthew. This guy deserves a gold star! He had a smile on and was quick and efficient. He helped out 2 old ladies in front of me and he was very patient and kind with all their questions and special requests. My food was hot and fresh delivered by Joyce who was very sweet. If you find yourself having a bad day go and see Matthew!

Ordered a bacons deluxe, fries, and cheese sauce.
Burger is over cooked/dry with little to no seasoning or flavor and the bacon is very undercooked. Fries were delicious, but the cheese sauce is more of a liquid syrup than a sauce. I will definitely give them a second chance – but it seems quality was lacking this visit.

Relaxed, small town feel atmosphere. The food and service were pretty good. The only complaint I had was that the self serve soda machine had a line. Haha. Maybe we can add another. BUT, the Root Beer they had there was amazing. I can’t remember the brand but it was delicious!

I used to come to culver’s about once a month when the general was Dylan here. I would get a concrete and some pretzels, and a side dish of brown gravy sauce! the pretzels tasted so soft! last night I went to culver’s again and they have a new general manager named Lauren. I ordered the same thing I normally do a concrete and pretzels! my pretzels were so hard and crunchy they didn’t get ate. I felt like it was a waste of money. as well as the brown gravy sauce. before it was filled like the rest of any other dipping dish. but last night I got hardly anything in my gravy dish. I could dip maybe 2 pretzels if they were actually soft before it would be finished. I was not pleased with my service and will definitely be reconsidering it when thinking about wanting pretzels again and coming to this location.

Good places normally do not need reviews .I’ll do bad ones for those to warn others but I have do a good one here .Look at photos of the dining area . Nice use of walls to give a warm feeling and privacy .It’s winter but very nice out door area .
While waiting for my food saw on the wall stories of two employees .Seem to have a good relationship with workers and management . The server who brought my food as very friendly and easy to talk to . The food was correct and good .
They are on a out of way street so going in and coming out has no problems .

I haven’t had Culver’s about 8 months. And I’ve never had it out here in Utah. And it was delicious. We had the two-piece Northern cod meal and a single cheese butter burger. We each had concretes and everything was delicious.

We ordered two small custards and waited over 45 minutes. When we went to the counter to ask about them they had been sitting in the freezer. The couple next to us waited over an hour…. Seems like the employees don’t know how to get orders out and need more training. The ice cream was still delicious.

This place is amazing! I felt I have to update the review. I travel 25 miles to eat at this restaurant and have never been disappointed. Really! The food is always top quality and made with care. The restaurant is spotless clean and the employees very friendly.
The owner purchased flowers at the greenhouses where I work and told me I should try their restaurant. I had never been to Culver’s and she recommended this location.
I ordered a hamburger, pretzel bites and soda. The hamburger looked like the hamburgers restaurants used to serve in the 1970’s. But it was much better. All of the ingredients were quality and very fresh. You would think the lettuce, tomato and onions had just been pulled out of a vegetable garden in the back.
This meal was so good that I decided to try the ice cream. Specifically, a caramel pecan sundae. Tasted velvety smooth. Obviously quality ice cream.
I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back.

My husband and I are always looking for a place that serves a good salad, well, we are putting Culver’s on our list! I had a Cranberry Bleu grilled chicken Salad and my husband had a Strawberry Fields grilled chicken Salad, they were both delicious and filling. My son got the traditional bacon cheeseburger and fries. They have a very nice dining area inside and outside. The service folks were very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend trying out Culver’s Restaurant.
