I stopped at this McDonald’s to get a bite to eat before I made my way to the river.having ordered a Big Mac meal combo.. which was just what I needed. Was hot and delicious. what I liked about it was that it was just off of highway I-35 and about 3 blocks from the San Gabriel River. I really enjoyed being able to hear the t.v. and listen to the music they had playing while I waited on my order.my combo was done in about 5 minutes and the employees were really polite and helpful when I asked how I can receive points on the McDonald’s app afterwards. It had three different seating areas within and another spacious patio dining area outside,if you prefered.the business was very clean, including the restrooms and parking lot. it is wheelchair accessible but there is no smoking,nor vaping either inside nor on the patio.it does have a drive-thru if your on the go with plenty of parking space. if you preferred to dine-in. the prices here are always reasonable and I was extremely satisfied with the service.upon my return to Georgetown I will definitely be dining here again.

That was the worst filet o fish I’ve ever had. It was hard and I’m guessing it was probably redropped or freezer burned. A reminder of why I shouldn’t eat fast food. Do better, folks.

10/9/25 9:15 pm. I’m not the type to complain but this isn’t the first time this has happened already but the girl who’s always at the second window is always rude. She’s always got this attitude like she’s being force to be there. All the time she’s rolling her eyes, being aggressive when handing things, making you think that you’re stupid when is not the case. it’s never that deep like you’re there to make money you’re being paid to be there, you chose this job, if you don’t like your job just quit it’s literally not that hard. I asked her twice already for condiments and she says they are out then I proceed twice already to place a curbside order for them and they bring them to me?? Just because she doesn’t simply want to give them to me she says they are out. It doesn’t affect you or ur paycheck to just simply be nice to ur customers and give them what they paid for. She needs to be taken care of because it’s not good to treat your customers like this.

This restaurant has low customer etiquette. Customer stands in the counter for long time but no one comes to ask any question. I see people waiting with sad face picking for online order.

We really like this McDonalds. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean,and the customer service is nice, especially from an older man who makes us feel very welcomed everytime we come here. He is always cleaning, smiling and doing a much better job than most employees much younger than him. There are flowers in each table which makes the McDonalds look homey and not like a fast food place. We’re very happy with this location, we’ll definitely be back!!

Messed up order three times , charged me when i get home my order is still wrong and missing half of it!!!!!!! You tell them in the drive through and they make there faces Que no Les parece. If you’re unhappy find another job. McDonald’s isn’t cheap anymore so I expect my food!

Last week, I was on a bus tour of 40 adults. We pulled in right at lunch time. It was Thursday and they were already busy.
The staff was welcoming and courteous. The tables were clean. My order was pretty quick and delivered to the table. Some people used the kiosk and said their food was ready in minutes.
I even had time to go back to the counter for a small ice cream cone. For about $.80, it was a good size! We all left after 35-40 mins.

To the manager who said I couldn’t sit outside because I was loitering. As embarrassing as it is to admit I sat in there for hours looking for work . But I would always buy food . If I went early I bought breakfast and if I stayed past breakfast I would buy lunch . I’ve seen people sit in there for hours upon hours on there laptop or tablet . But I was somehow labeled as a loiterer. Yet this morning I see a guy sitting out by the door for at least 2 hrs asking people for money and or food .. maybe I’m the wrong kind of Mexican . You since I don’t speak Spanish . Anyway not cool Mr, manager ..

Ordered online and was basically jacked for my food was told the money would be returned because the order was canceled which I showed that was not the case the payment went through the only way I was able to get my food was to send my girlfriend in there and they made it seem like they were going to make the order even though payment was refunded. Which never happened. I was humiliated devastated and do not wish that on any one please look into your night time management. Yes I was rude after being told I would not be able to eat it was my last money and I was stolen from and made to feel like I was trash.
