This restaurant deserves more than 5 stars.
My wife and I came here for my birthday lunch for the first time and everything from service to food was just outstanding.
We enjoyed their beautiful ambiance, tried variety of delicious foods. They also surprised me with birthday ice cream with candle and sang happy birthday song.
Regarding the foods, you definitely must try their Dim Sum as well as dumplings – the best I ever had.beef fried rice and Gong Bao Ji Ding were delicious too.
We would definitely recommend this place and can’t wait to come back again.

Extremely Disappointing – Sadly the Worst We Tried in Dublin. Where are those 5 stars reviews from?! The restaurant was very busy and looks lovely inside, which initially gave us high expectations. Unfortunately, the food was extremely disappointing and overpriced for the quality we received.
The beef dumplings were completely tasteless, and the filling had hard bits as if the meat had been ground with small bone fragments that weren’t properly processed. It was very unpleasant and had no real flavour. The beef soup (€24) contained only six pieces of beef, and two of them were inedible due to toughness and visible veins. Again, the soup lacked any depth of flavour.
The crab starter was overly sweet, which overpowered everything else. The prawns were acceptable but nothing special. The only genuinely good part of the meal was the cocktails.
The staff were polite, but we felt rushed to order and leave. It also seemed like they weren’t really listening to us, and I had to ask twice for the bill.
We’ve had similar dishes in other restaurants nearby in Dublin, and sadly this was the worst of them — the most overpriced and the most disappointing dining experience we’ve had in the city so far. We won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I had lunch at Boss Stop on South Great George’s Street on a Sunday and really enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was relatively quick while staying attentive throughout the meal, plates were cleared promptly and water glasses refilled without needing to ask.

I had the most AMAZING experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and so welcoming from the moment we walked in. The service was 10/10! Everyone was so kind, attentive, and genuinely lovely.
And the food… oh my goodness. The meat literally melts in your mouth. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. Honestly, I would go there 100 times and never get tired of it.
It was even more special because it was my birthday, and my mom surprised me with a dessert. The staff sang Happy Birthday to me, which made the whole night feel so magical and unforgettable..

this was the best Asian cuisine we’ve ever had! Boss Stop delivered an outstanding dining experience from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Every dish we had was full of flavour and freshness, especially the prawn toast, which was perfectly crisp and savoury. The whole meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. We left completely satisfied and very full! A definite must-visit for anyone who enjoys great food and excellent service.

I’ve been here several times and each time has been a different yet great experience. I’ve tried some amazing cocktails here that i haven’t found anywhere else in dublin! I don’t remember the name of the cocktail (not sure if it’s available anymore) but i had a great cocktail that had bubblegum syrup and sake.
Last time i went they no longer had the beyond meat dumplings which was so sad as they were really nice.
Don’t skip out on the lunch boss box deal!! It is filling, delicious and reasonable priced. It comes with a protein of your choice ( i got teriyaki tofu), a soup, rice and veggies aswell.
Great place to catch up with friends or go on a first date.

10/10 no notes! We had high hopes due to the incredible reviews Boss Stop gets and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, too. Super tasty flavours – clearly a place that cares about the food they’re putting out. Definitely worth booking.

The staff were very polite and helpful. The starter was quite good, and the beef dumpling was very tasty, although the bottom wasn’t crispy. The prawn toast and its sauce were excellent. The pork noodle soup was hot, delicious, and a large portion. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy my own dish. The lotus roots weren’t for me,there was a strange perfume-like aroma coming from the food. I’d like to come back again to try the noodle soup or dumpling .

A bit late of a review, however: food was amazing, staff super friendly and a great vibe. Quite busy for the time we arrived at, definitely get a reservation for the next I come. Food that we ordered include:Char Siu Pork, Ramen, Marinated Pork Dish called “Mei Cai Kou Rou”[Its in the image with the green onions super tender and delicious highly recommended] All was delicious and worth the money. the place is so well decorated, wait staff are super nice and friendly. lunch deal is also reasonably priced for a good quantity and runs till 5!! didn’t try any drinks but they do have a good deal on dumplings + cocktails! highly recommend!
