I was very impressed. They asked me what kind of brisket I want which is always a good sign. Moist brisket was among the most flavorful I’ve ever had. Sausage was also very impressive. The ribs were good but unremarkable. Usually you only find barbecue this good in some dive crappy old dilapidated building but this place was high class with great service.

Pulled pork was good so were the ribs. The french fries were cooked great crispy outside fluffy inside. Coleslaw was also good not sure it’s worth the $4 charge for 4oz of it. I picked two side because the young lady asked what sides I wanted so I assumed that meant 2 sides were included. I do have a wheat allergy and she said the fries and coleslaw were gluten free.

Very very dirty restaurant. The place needs a full amd deep cleaning. Several employees standing around talking while garbage overflowed, tables left full of dirty dishes. Three of the sodas were marked “out of otder” and a fourth tasted like soda water. Id hate to see what the kitchen looked like if the lobby is so dirty. Just hoping we don’t get sick after this meal.

I had an excellent experience with a catering order from R&R BBQ in Pleasant Grove. The food was outstanding and a big hit with everyone, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Grant, the General Manager, was incredibly hospitable, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made everything seamless from start to finish and went above and beyond to ensure our order was perfect. Amazing service and delicious BBQ, we will absolutely use them again and highly recommend!

Food was kind of edible but the peach cobbler was dry and hard. It was warm but clearly made over 5 hours or more beforehand and had sat under a heat lamp getting old and hard. The brisket had a LOT of fat and char for what little meat was in it. The ribs (2) were the best part.
For the price tag of $50 for 1 adult and 1 child with drinks and 1 “desert” I don’t believe we will return for the poor quality and high prices. The staff were nice, but being sold mac n cheese that we had to wait an additional 15 minutes for, was irritating. (The staff do not communicate well with eachother.) We came on Tuesday at 6 pm it was busy but not crowded. I don’t see why the food was anything but fresh, and I don’t know why they couldn’t have found the time to at least wash the tables or take out a trash can before it overflows.
Use caution and hopefully a gift card when coming here for dinner.

The landscaping is atrocious. Seriously, you should be embarrassed to take this poor of care of your property. Cut the grass. Pull some weeds. It looks like a sketchy place to eat from the outside because you don’t take care of it. Which is a shame because the food is delicious and the service is great.

Had a great experience at R&R! Ellie provided excellent service—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the meal. Food was solid—good flavors and quality for the price. Overall, a really enjoyable visit.

Came here for brunch as soon as it opened at 11am – I think it’s the best time to go! We were warmly greeted by the staff as we were the first patrons to show up for lunch. We ordered the 2 meat plate, which included chicken and pulled pork, had a roll on the side as well as onion rings. We also ordered the brisket tacos which came two per order. At first I thought 2 tacos are not going to fill me up – but don’t underestimate their taco plate – it was filled with brisket and it was filling! We also ordered half dozen chicken wings (BBQ style) with a side of blue cheese dressing. They were tasty and pretty darn good! Now this is what truly gave my review a five-star rating – the manager Ben! Ben was truly a delight to deal with, so sweet and personable, that he was truly the highlight of our experience there today. He brought our food to our table, came back and did a two-minute check (lingo for servers and who were past servers in their job history) and was just as genuine as they come. I also noticed, he went to other tables checking on them to make sure their food was to customer standards – I was just touched by his efforts, and made us feel really welcomed! Yes , the food is fantastic, but it’s truly the customer service in an establishment that will make me keep coming back to a venue. Well done R&R – you’ve got a golden star (five actually!) with Ben as part of your pit crew!
