I didn’t enjoy the food here at all. Most of the dishes were too oily, and the flavors didn’t appeal to me. The prices are also quite pricy compared to other restaurants of the same type, which makes it even less worthwhile. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is the main reason I won’t be returning. On the positive side, the service is very nice — the staff are friendly, attentive, and polite, which was the only reason I found anything to like about this place. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Went there for a dinner event; everything was better than average, except the food but it was still good. I just wish we could have more more than one server. She was so nice, but I could see how it’d be stressful to wait on over 12 people at a time.

My husband took me here for my birthday dinner and we couldn’t ask for a better experience. Sarah was our waitress and she was AMAZING!! Super attentive, very friendly, fast service and was such a pleasure to end a perfect day. Thank you, Sarah for everything. I hope you get a raise!! You deserve it!!

The Chicken Nachos was a good appetizer, perfectly balanced with the toppings and protein. I had their Smash burger and I was not disappointed because it tasted good and not super greasy. We had Sasha as our waiter and she did a great job because she was attentive and made sure we had everything we were needing and was quick to refill our drinks. The restaurant environment is neat and clean.

I think Michelle was our waitress and she was a absolutely sweet heart. Drink was good. Steak perfectly juicy. Mash potatoes were a bit dry. Broccoli didn’t even seem cooked.

I’ve always liked Chili’s (been to two). Just started frequenting this location recently (new to the area). Fifth time coming and each time been fine for me, no waits. The guacamole/salsa is always good (better than Mexican restaurants). Chips fresh majority of the time, only once – wasn’t too good. Their monthly drink is definitely good for the price, not cheap tasting. The host and servers are always friendly. Our most recent lunch date – Monday – the host was very nice, and Otoniel was great too. For the food: corn on the cob – could’ve been better. My chicken sandwich was tasty, potatoe soup, even the sprite .

Just tried to order something online at 9:59pm and couldn’t find an option for extra rice so I called to ask. The woman that picked up the phone sounded like she was having a long day and I understood since I just came out of work. But as soon as I tried talking she said “I’m just trying to clock out, I’ve been doing overtime” I’m guessing to her coworker, when I tried talking she talked over me and asked me my name, I said my name and phone number when was asked. Then she says “what’s your order” and as soon as I tried talking, she yelled over me that what’s my name? At this point I’m confused on why she’s screaming at me so I told her I already said my name in which she said “I know, and I asked for it again” I hung up and ordered my food online because I’m hungry but this is not the way to talk to customers. Unacceptable
