I had a problem with the taco bell mobile app some glitch im the system never produced my order for the store to prepare but appeared im the transaction history after doing some investigating. The manager Kiana and her team especially the pink haired girl at the windows worked swiftly to recreate my order and deliver it to me fresh and ready to go! These guys care about their customers for real and I greatly appreciate after my long chaotic day prior to writing this. Thank you for having ung good workers!!!

For some reason, last night march 9,2026 the person that works the window seems nice I’m thinking her name is Samantha from the reviews and as possible she could be the manager. I placed the order for $9 And she kept on trying to tell me that’s not what I ordered and Began telling me that I ordered the number 9 instead. I reassured her that’s what I ordered, but she didn’t wanna hear it. When they remade my order The mini tacos or stale Like they’ve been sitting out for days. I couldn’t eat it so I just threw it away. There’s no sense of trying to argue with a Taco Bell employee constantly about getting an order correct. I’m just going to glad stop eating there.

They just refused to take my order saying that they couldn’t put refried beans and a soft tortilla on the outside of a hard taco. I’m totally fine paying more, but no they didn’t want my money. I’m not wasting my time here.

This location is terrible. Was missing items from my drive thru order I didn’t notice until 20 minutes down the road. I called the number on my receipt and got nothing but attitude from an employee before getting the GM on the line. The GM could not care less about my concern. The only option she gave was to drive back to the store for a refund, a now 40 minute round trip. With taco bell’s inflated prices I would hope that you could at least get all of the items I ordered and not have to put up with rude associates.

Woman working drive thru 10/2 at 2pm I believe her name is Jade based on the receipt is very sweet and provides great customer service.
With all due respect her talent and patience is wasted being employed in fast food, I hope it’s just temporary and she finds an amazing career elsewhere that rewards her for her talents.

Great customer service I wish I would’ve got the drive-through lady’s name. She was awesome. Smiled presented the food with a smile. That is a fresh breath of air are usually fast food places especially Taco Bell. Everybody’s rude, but this place had great customer service so whatever you’re doing there, keep it up. Definitely gonna be my new place to go when I’m in the area. Awesome job by the team in associates. now onto the food, the hash brown was crispy fresh and very tasty. The steak burrito was fresh but it was very bland. Should’ve got sauce to go with it. That’s my fault because they asked me if I wanted some but it didn’t really have any flavor whatsoever but overall experience great.

I won’t bother wasting my time ordering at this one anymore when there are locations just a bit farther that make the food actually appetizing. Crunchwrap with literally just the tortilla, lettuce, tomato, and sour cream like what the heck happened to the beef and melted cheese? Like the food from here was a literal joke. Don’t set yourself up for disappointment, order at a different location!

Absolutely disgusting in both the kitchen and the dining area. Not one clean table to sit at, garbage cans full, garbage and food debris all over the floor. It’s obvious nobody cares about cleanliness at this location. Too bad because it’s the closest one.

SMH!!! I NEED to let everyone know about this location. Let me tell you if there EVER was the epitome of customer service, it is here! A couple of days ago, I had to (car down) order food through DoorDash. I’ve not done that before, but I was buying dinner for my grandkids. Well, it just so happened that a bag got left at the restaurant or something, so I called, and I got Ms. Trey, the DM, on the phone. She apologized immediately, knew what happened, and offered to try and work on some type of gift card because I couldn’t get up to the location. Well, I had no way to get there until today. I walked in, and a lovely man was at the counter (very pleasant), and I explained to him what had happened. I said I didn’t need a GC if you could just replace the items that were missed. He walked over to a table that just happened to be where Ms. Trey was sitting and explained to her who I was and what I was asking for. She got up, came over to the register, and started ringing my entire order up, AGAIN, to make up for the error. She even offered me a drink. Folks, come on, in this day and age, where ALL you seem to see is Battle Royale when it comes to customer service, these folks have got it down, pat! The service was quick, the food was hot, and most of all, the personnel were delightful. Thank you. You made my day. I quietly cried in my car.
