We had a great experience at Applebee’s! Our server, Heather, was absolutely wonderful — attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. Even my husband commented on how fresh and delicious the food was, and the kids ate every bite (which says a lot!). Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

Love this Applebees! Sydney and Nicole, and all the staff are great at what they do, and very friendly. The restaurant was very very busy for a dine-and-donate fundraiser tonight and the whole staff was working hard to accommodate every guest’s needs.
Steaks have been cooked perfectly every time I’ve been here, and I’ve always genuinely enjoyed my interactions with all of the staff.

Amber the bartender is phenomenal, she was super nice and made sure we had everything we wanted. Nicole the manager on duty is super nice and helpful, everything I come in she has a smile and asks me if there is anything I need. Great group of people here.

Our waitress was very friendly and spent her time with us, but was slow to check on us throughout the experience. I had to get up and get my own napkins for my son who was given one napkin with an order of ribs. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say about the place. It was clean, the vibe was family friendly, and not too loud for conversation with my kids. I would definitely go back!

Sunday evening Birthday dinner for my husband. Appetizers and broccoli were great! Steaks in which we ordered 3 of were chewy and not what I consider restaurant quality. Noticed another Google review with the same concern. Rice was dry and didn’t taste fresh. We didn’t see a manager in the dining room area during our dinner. Applebee’s use to be one of our favorite restaurants.

I place a mobile order at lunch today and selected “pat at restaurant”. When I went in to pick up, I was handed my order with “have a nice evening” and I walked out without realizing I never paid. Went back after work to make it right. Manager said it had already been taken care of. Thank you!!

Came into this location this evening and had a lovely experience. Nicole was the manager and she helped us out a lot! Such good food. My favorites as a server are Nicole amber or Sydney. Nicole does both and she’s great!!
