Absolutely love the converbelt with hot glazed donuts view when you walk in. Also there is nothing like the smell of hot freshly glazed donuts in the morning, with a nice hot Krispy Kreme coffee. There are amazing gourmet donuts like the apple pie donut & classics like there creme filled donuts or chocolate glazed too. I can’t believe it was only the first time I experienced Krispy Kreme but it won’t be the last. I recommend bringing a friend along to tackle the sweets with.

Placed an online order, got there some minutes early. Order was not ready which was understandable. Store looked clean and there was a good variety of donuts including their promo ones who are usually unavailable. Doughnuts were good and fresh.

I had to update my review after a few more visits. It’s been very disappointing. The doughnuts are very small and they are using very little filling. This is unacceptable for the price being charged

Ok, I just had the BEST glazed donut. It was still warm and was heavenly goodness…. literally melted in my mouth. The employee was amazing in assisting us. Even was able to get the free glazed because of our phones affected by Verizon’s outage today. You gained a customer today….. thank you.

Talk about a WOW experience! I placed 2 large orders, one for delivery and one for pick up. My delivery order was being sent to my customers for an event. However, the DoorDash driver never delivered my order nor provided any proof of delivery. I called and spoke with the manager Tawanna Woods and she was AMAZING! She was immediately super eager to help me and assured me she would get it taken care of. She called DoorDash to get the food refunded to their store and the tip I left for the driver refunded to me. She and her team then remade the order for me to pick up in addition to my other pick up order I was coming in for. My order was ready SO FAST! And was hot and fresh! The entire team was so warm, friendly, and accommodating! They were all in great spirits and made me feel like such a valued customer. Having customers in the healthcare space, I bring donuts to them often. From now on, I will now ONLY give all my business to the Krispy Kreme at 4904 S Cleveland Avenue Fort Myers, FL all because of Tawanna and her team.Thank you so much again Tawanna and your fabulous team for helping turn such a stressful situation into a wonderful experience for me and my customers. I can’t thank you enough. You guys are the BEST!

My husband can spot Hot Now sign @KrispyKreme miles down the street before we get to it. We can be driving thru a new city, or just ate, it does not matter, they are perfect anytime. Should they get a little not so fresh on the counter. Not likely, but if they do make it that far, just nuke it for a couple of seconds, my husband says 11 seconds is the perfect number. But all microwaves vary.

Driving by on a Saturday night around 6:30pm and seen their sign lit red which means hot Donuts are ready. These Donuts were some of the best I ever had. They were hot, fresh, and so tasty. If your hungry for fresh donuts you must stop here. They have all kinds from Glazed to Cream Filled and most anything in between. One thing when I went inside I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors, they were dirty and the seats in the seating area were worn badly and needed replaced plus paper garbage near the tables. I give this Krispy Kreme 3 out of 5 stars just for the donuts. I took star off for overall cleanliness and worn seats.

We definitely got more than 6 reasons to smile during our visit today! My mom and I made a stop at Krispy Kreme and had the most amazing experience! Miss Tawanna Woods made our visit so special as we were celebrating my recent college graduation! She picked out the perfect fresh donuts for us, greeted us kindly, and gave the sweetest service to help us celebrate and her smile can truly light up a room! She not only was amazing to us, but we also had the chance to see her go above and beyond for the next four customers that came into the shop, which was amazing to witness. We would make the drive back again just for the amazing service in addition to the high quality donuts we always receive. Thank you for the great visit!

First we come here so often, and it’s always wonderful service! I have to point out this one visit though because I witnessed some of the most patient customer service I have ever seen. There is a long line of customers, so the workers are already moving at the speed of light to serve the drive thru and the line inside. A gentleman behind the counter was taking a customers order and this customer was so bossy and so rude to him and they even decided to cut others in line who had been waiting. I was having secondhand embarrassment for this customer. This gentleman serving her remained so calm and so patient with them, it was truly remarkable. Shout out to that gentleman and the Kristy Kreme team in Fort Myers!

I went around 10:30 on a Saturday. The employee helping us seemed to be in pain. She was moving slow and obviously not feeling well, yet no one offered to take over. The doughnuts were as expected, the iced coffee was just hot coffee poured over ice. So it turned watery within minutes. Not a horrible experience over all but I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.

Don’t even bother ordering their cream filled donuts. They have next to no cream inside of them. I’ve ordered them on a few separate occasions and each time not one of them had at least a bite sized filling of cream.
