Managers both acted like they were high and we’re out in the parking lot talking to there friends we’ve been there a couple times the manager before these managers would get our order right but now they don’t at all, the workers seemed out of it too, this location is poorly the service, the food and the managers. Would not recommend going if u want them to get your order wrong and treat u poorly.

Went through drive through
Order our meals guy told me can you wait up front I said yes 20min went by guy comes out and asked what i ordered! Told them keep the money and I left
All the employees walked out side and one took a cigarette break while I was waiting on my meal

I can’t even rate the food because i never even got the chance to order it! we waited in the line for 25 minutes at 6:00 at night, theres no outlet to leave so we were stuck. people finally started to back out so we left. this location is very poorly managed.

Went to pick up my mobile order around 10-1030pm and the lobby was already closed. I drive a lifted truck and was unsure if I could make it through the drive thru without curb checking so when I pulled up to the menu I asked if a team member could walk my order out the door as I was unsure if I could fit through the drive thru and the girl on the mic said they could (didn’t catch her name). I backed up and parked beside the front door so they didnt have to walk very far and Danny brought out my order and he was super sweet about it. I just wanted to thank these two workers for going the extra step and doing this for me! The little things make all the difference! And possibly saved me some curb checking on my tires.

Each time they have you pull around and wait in the front of the building.
Last time I waited nearly 10 minutes while the two kitchen members sat in a car next to me smoking weed.
As soon as they got out and went inside they started making my order and did a great job with the sandwiches and were quick to get them out.

Lobby closed early. Could not get help in drive thru. Was told to wait just one moment, which I don’t mind, but when they told me I could order whenever I was ready I ordered and was left with nothing. No words. I asked “hey did you get that? Sorry?” several times and was just ignored. Terrible customer service and super long line that took forever.

Never had a whopper where the whole sandwich is hot.
Tomato’s hot, pickles hot, lettuce hot.
I think the microwave is there main appliance.
The hamburger should be hot and the veggies should be cold with bread room temperature.

Order online, have to pull around the building to the front. Every time they forget about you. Expect to spend a few extra minutes in drive thru time out. Staff have always been very kind
