Notified staff immediately and waited over 30 minutes with no resolution, no refund, and no manager assistance. Employees repeatedly avoided the counter instead of addressing the issue.
This location appears to have serious management and accountability failures that the franchise owner should review closely.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unhygienic. One employee was picking their nose, another was handling fries with bare hands and no gloves, and someone else was taking out trash nearby in a very careless way. All of this happening at the same time created a strong impression that the place was not clean.
I understand that I could be mistaken and that this might have just been an unfortunate coincidence, but in that moment it completely killed my appetite and my desire to order a burger. Cleanliness and basic hygiene are very important, especially in a food place, and this experience was disappointing.

I go to this location several times a week ONLY TO GET COOKIES!! I am shook hooked on them. Although I could easily access other locations, this McDonald’s is like no other I’ve ever experienced. The atmosphere is next level. Every staff member I’ve ever encountered has ALWAYS been pleasant and professional. If you go inside, expect a gospel concert cause the music playing is always gospel! Salute to management because I would not change a single thing. Oh, and it’s always clean, even the ladies restroom. Never been inside the men’s room but I’d bet it’s clean too.

I work late nights and this is the only place that’s open. Well at least it supposed to be. But you are lucky if you can get them to take your order. One time I waited literally 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the window. Tonight I pulled up and no one was in line. Thought it was my lucky night. Nope. Lady just says “we’re closed” no explanation or anything. Which is weird for a restaurant that is open 24 hours and us all their lights on and nothing blocking the drive through. Thought someone should be aware.

Sat at the drive-thru speaker for 5 mins. No one came on. Pulled up to the window since I had already placed my order via the mobile app 10 mins earlier. For 10 mins I sat at the window as 3 different employees walked by, looked at me, and kept going. One employee actually grabbed a drink and a bag of food and started eating and drinking in front of me while I was still sitting at the window not being helped. While sitting at the window, I called the store multiple times. No one answered. Finally a 4th person who stated it was her first night as a manager came to the window and asked what I needed. I told her I had been at the window 10 mins without being helped. She turned around and asked the employees why they hadn’t helped me. They all ignored her. She told me it was her first night there as a manager and for me to contact the GM the next day and tell him what had happened. She even tried calling the GM on her cell phone in front of me, but didn’t get an answer. I’d like to be contacted about this experience because it was absolutely ridiculous. It was like they were taking advantage on the new manager to do that they wanted.

Pathetic service. I waited 20 minutes for curbside pickup, and no one bothered to bring out my order. The place was empty and it was not busy, yet my order was completely ignored. What’s the point of offering curbside pickup if customers are just left waiting with no communication? Very disappointing experience.

I wanted to see what all the hype was about for their new Grinch meal. The line was quite long ,but with an even flow. How may I help is their new introduction. It seemed force. So the cashier laughed when I said ” Hi welcome to McDonald’s can I take your oder? She really lighten up a little. I payed for my food and everything was quick fast and a hurry. With no words, smiles or eye contact. As for my Grinch meal it was delicious, everything they had advertised. Will I buy it again? No. I had Grinch powder all over my seat and floor boards . Lol

The employees seemed unconcern, and slow.And the manager was rude & disrespectful I placed an online order came in today to pick it up. Waited 10 minutes.there were 10 others waiting No one came to the front to help so I said excuse me the manager came to the front and said I just was up here and told him that the DoorDash was being taken care of When I tried to explain to her that no one is coming upfront to help anyone that’s walking inside she proceeded to just be rude. The gentleman behind me stated he understood where I was coming from and she told him that it was none of his business. There was another woman there that said she was also rude When another manager came to the front she tried to de-escalate the situation and the other manager just continue running her mouth in a rude manner. I asked to speak to someone so I can report her and they told me that I’d have to come back on Monday and would not give me her name. I will definitely be calling corporate I understand why they have more 1 stars than they do any other 2.9 is horrible

Ordered ahead through the app because I only get a 30-minute lunch. Got my burger at the window, was told to pull up front for my apple pies. Sat there for 12-14 minutes watching staff wander around like they were solving quantum physics, and still no pies.
Had to leave just to avoid being late to work. If they’d simply said, “Hey, we’re out,” I could’ve saved time and kept my sanity. Instead, I got cold fries and a free lesson in how not to run a drive-thru.

Someone stole my dad’s mobile order (on his work lunch break) and the MANAGER lady was extremely rude to him for NO REASON. He paid, got NO FOOD, and they got an attitude with him. I will be contacting DEMANDING a refund for him. Now he’s back at work, still hungry even though he paid and went up there. Ridiculous!!
