Overall the place is good. I want to specifically review this experience today. We came in at 12:10 we quickly ordered two chicken clubs with minor modifications no tomato, no cheese and a side of fries with a drink. Two sandwich sandwiches, butter, chicken with a side of fries and a drink. We have now been sitting here for 25 minutes and I had to go and ask when our food was going to be ready and they had it on the next ticket. Mind you we got here right before the lunch rush we ordered before everybody else and we saw somebody walk right in front of us that was behind us in line that came in after us with two boxes of food. That is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not trying to tell anybody how fast they need to go but when people are standing around moving like ants and we have people getting their orders faster behind us and it’s because you guys aren’t flowing correctly or working together correctly that’s absolutely. I will be choosing many other burger places because of this experience now my whole idea of nuts and how good the restaurant is has been diminished by this experience. Get some better staff You’re killing a great restaurant.

Had a couple of Quad burgers which were very much like what you would make at home. The fry’s were overcooked and most went in the bin. It’s. It not bad food at all and worth visiting but with more focus on some bespoke flavouring and doing something simple like the fries perfectly – it could be great.

I had been looking forward to trying this place for a while, but my experience left me pretty disappointed.

I ordered the chicken burger, and unfortunately it was bland and underwhelming. It tasted like someone just slapped something together in 2 minutes, rather than something made with care.

The fries were okay when dipped in the house sauce, so that part wasn’t terrible.

For the drink, I specifically asked whether it was made with real berries only. The staff confirmed “yes.” But what arrived was more like a milk-berry shake thick, milky, and with no distinct berry flavor. What made it worse: I’m lactose intolerant, so drinking that was uncomfortable (and adding insult to injury, it wasn’t what I expected)

The venue itself is nice, pleasant ambiance, reasonably clean, but that’s unfortunately the only redeeming quality.

Overall, it was not a good experience. They should have at least refunded the drink, since it was nothing like what I asked for or expected.

I had a buddy recommend this place and we decided to give it a shot today. The burger was big, flavorful, and tasty. The fries were really good home style and a good amount. The onion rings were really good as well and a good amount as well. The Strawberry Oreo shake I had was delicious and an actual milkshake. I will be coming back often as it brings back nostalgic memories of old school burger joints. I can’t wait to try the fish n chips and BLT as well.

We found this little gem in Arlington while visiting my son. The atmosphere is funky, the service is spot on and the food is great and reasonably priced! My son and his girlfriend had never been…I think they found their burger joint! Unfortunately I didn’t get many photos because my phone died!

Went there 10/8/25 after reading the reviews on fish and chips.
Ordered 3 orders of fish and chip, three milkshakes and onion rings. This came to $100, the worst meal I have ever had. The onion rings were just burnt old grease and the fish and chips were saturated with burnt grease, soggy and greasy fries. The milkshakes were not bad. But if I hadn’t paid before I received the meal I would have refused to pay. This was a birthday dinner for my wife and I don’t know how they stay in business.

As part of our bicycle trip we found this great burger joint just past Arlington. There we a number of other cyclists parked here. We split a 1/2 pound “Dual” burger and a side of onion rings. Both were finely prepared. The onion rings were probably the best we had ever had. The atmosphere was really cool. Everything was so clean. We really enjoyed eating at the outside picnic tables. Highly recommend!!

We’ve eaten at The junkyard grill many times. Everyone likes the food a lot. However, today I went in there to order and they had no Reuben sandwich, no fish, and no chicken. I was going to order seven dinners and a third of them were fish and chicken. What restaurant does not stock for their menu? if I can’t count on a restaurant to stock the food, they have on the menu, why go there?

I was told about this place via a co worker. Says he used to go here 2-3 times a week when he was working close. So I decided why not and glad I did. Food was amazing, and the onion rings are probably top three in my book. Burgers are a smash style and are seasoned to perfection, juicy too. As I was sitting and waiting for my food I was combing through the other reviews of this place and notice alot where abouts the wait time. Guess what its not fast food yall, its hand made. You want fast go to Mcy’Ds.

The only thing that is kinda a bother is the parking, there is none, had to park across the street but oh well. So keep that in mind when you visit

Tastier than a smoked muskrat. I got the Shelby Bleu and it was delicious. My wife enjoyed the Smoke out. The memorabilia is amazing and the staff is fantastic. We stopped here while in town for my father in laws celebration of life and this was a fantastic place to take our minds off of things for a bit.
