So I stopped in for a steak and fries on my way home for my husband. The steak was okay but those fries were very well done (burnt actually) and tasted like the oil needs to be changed. Well because I hate spending money and getting ripped off I called and explained that I was just there and what I ordered and my fries were burnt and tasted gross . I was told that he would let them know. I didn’t know I had to check my fries before I left.

Honestly, pretty disappointed in the cheese steak. I live in jersey and everyone hypes up Philly cheese steaks. I went to this location on lunch break at work. Meat was tasteless no salt or pepper. Bare minimum meat or cheese. Maybe 4 pieces of onion if that on the sandwich. Cannot figure out why a customer at work recommended this. Can’t believe I paid $16 bucks for this

Tried calling ahead—no answer. Walked in and the place reeked of sweat, with a group of obnoxious guys burping and laughing loudly, taking up the few seats. Ordered a cheesesteak and pizza fries, but no mozzarella for the sandwich. They confirmed pizza fries were possible—but after I paid, told me they could only do American or Cheese Whiz. I explicitly said I don’t eat that, but too late. I settled for extra steak, which wasn’t even extra.
Then the sandwich flew out of the staff’s hand and hit the floor, and he laughed with a coworker about it. Every bite reminded me of the disgusting smell, and the food was bland and tasteless. Had to eat something tho. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid.

Ordered a Buffalo chicken cheese steak via door dash but I was delivered a regular (Beef) cheese steak. To rectify this, their solution was to refund me $4.26 when I paid $15 + tax and fees. The person I ordered the chicken sandwich doesn’t eat beef. This is completely unacceptable.

Service was good, atmosphere is as expected. Been coming to this location for years. We ordered 2 cheesesteaks and an order of fries for my wife and I. Fries were good, sandwiches were terrible. There wasn’t as much meat as there used to be and I also contracted food poisoning from my sandwich. I ordered a steak sandwich with onions, provolone, mushrooms and sweet peppers. It’s the only thing I ate all day. Very saddened, will not ever come back.

This location is mostly for takeout. There are a few counter seats but they are in the entryway where your orders are also taken. Their basic cheese steaks are reasonable but when you start adding extras like extra cheese, Peppers or whatever it can get pricey. They are always consistent and always great food!

Steve’s fell off really hard. 10-15 years ago this used to be a great spot for a cheesesteak. Now its totally different. They barley give you any meat, the meat quality is poor and not seasoned at all. Their rolls are very out dated. The only saving grace is that the cheese is delicious lol but that doesnt make this cheesesteak worth it
