Drive thru cashier wouldn’t honor the Survey purchase code for BOGO. She and a “supervisor” said it was old. It was from Jan. 5th, 2026 and is good for 30 days. This place is unprofessional, gladly taking my business elsewhere. These two woman were not friendly from the beginning acting like the survey BOGO was coming out of their pocket. They clearly don’t like their jobs or customer service. I actually had to ask for my credit card and receipt back as she wasn’t trying to return either to me. I called to speak to a manager and unfortunately one of the two answered the phone claiming she was the manager but continued to speak in Spanish.

Worst place ever. Last time I order, they changed my order and forget to put juices on. Now, this time I didnt order anything because they where so little of help. We didn’t wanted to order on the kiosco because we wanted to aks if they still have breackfast but the manager keept telling us to go to the kiosco and didn’t let us ask. THE WORST PLACE EVER! if you want mcdonalds and this is ur closest one, save ur time and breath and just drive the extra 4 min to the next mcdonalds. Every worker and the manager are rude ! They don’t take ur order, they make u go to the kiosk, if you need help, they tell you to “figure it out urself” . I asked the manager to help me order on the kiosk amd she didn’t know how to work it and the cashier didn’t know how either. Everyone is rude here. Place was a mess. The line to order inside was already outside and yet they still didn’t want to help with taking orders. Don’t come here

Managers and Supervisors here need to be coached on how to handle customers. Constantly bullying me that I was and after proving my order was over charged, not once did the lady in charge take ownership or apologize for the mistake. The supervisor instead blamed the staff and that does not show leadership. Very disappointed, I will not be returning to this location again.

This McDonald’s has to be one of the worst places I’ve been to. They could be over-staffed, no one in the lobby, you could be the only car in the drive-thru, and they would still find a way to mess up your order. Like tonight’s incident for instance, I a pretty simple order: 20 nuggets, large fries, and a small fries. I drive up to the first window and the cashier reads off that I ordered the Big Mac Bundle. I correct her and she just gives me a side-eye and says “yea yea… it’s $25.xx”. I pay it and look at the receipt and lo and behold, she charged me for the Big Mac Bundle. I complain at the second window and express how unacceptable it is that I have to wait now for a refund yet they’re going to charge me twice just to “correct” my order without any type of compensation other than “oh sorry about that”. All and all I paid for re-fried nuggets, cold fries for about $50. That is just one example of how incompetent those workers are.

My husband and I just went through this drive through and there was a gentleman who gave us a wrong order and then requested for the food back after the fact this food was in our vehicle. I didn’t see that he threw it in the trash which causes a concern as a food violation. Our food was handed to us and the boxes weren’t even closed. Seems like there was little to no care about customer service as well as the food.

Order 12 holiday pies . They gave me 8 fresh pies and 4 pies that were cold and stale . I know pies is 12 minute wait, but I waited for 30 minutes. I’m not sure why they gave me 4 cold pies that were stale, they could’ve just made 12 pies fresh. Very lazy people here .

This is our FAVORITE McDonald’s. The staff is friendly. The owners are awesome . My family loves this one and the prices are great. It’s always clean and sanitary. Great things are coming soon. We actually live one mile from another McDonald’s and we drive past that one to cone here.
