Haven’t been to Red Lobster in an age (late stage capitalism took mine from me), but man was the atmosphere nice. Kelli kept my soda flowing (I lost count at 6 refills, thanks Kelli for making sure I didn’t run dry! xD). The thing that seemed weird to me is they gave you a basket of 4 bay biscuits, which I thought it used to be 6?
Now the food was fabulous. The Lobster Flatbread was just so good. A perfect appetizer. I got the Admiral’s Feast which had all the good fried stuff: Fish, Shrimp, Scallops, and Clams! The salad was nice and fresh too! I also had the broccoli and man Red Lobster does broccoli justice.
My party also ordered Mariners’ Seafood Boil (no pic sadly) and my god was it amazing! Now the flavor came on strong and the spice was there, but man…. Don’t tell my favorite seafood boil this, but it was much better than them. I did NOT think Red Lobster would out do a Crab Shack, but they did. Totally recommend you putting a Bay Biscuit in the broil and letting it soak. Superb!

We had gone there for Valentine’s Day and obviously it was packed, but we had a reservation, which I definitely Recommend. Our waiter was Jose and he was absolutely amazing very kind and very attentive! He definitely feels like a friend not just someone taking your order. He made sure to make our Valentine’s Day very special!!! He was very sweet and added hearts with strawberry purer on our dessert! We will definitely be back! And we will definitely be asking for Jose as our waiter!!! Jose definitely needs a raise!!!!

We had a great experience at this Red Lobster location tonight. Kelli provided excellent service. She was friendly, professional, and was an excellent server.
I love the new breading on the Walt’s Favorite shrimp. It was lighter than the previous breading. Great change!
We liked being able to order sides of shrimp scampi. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits are always a treat! We will be back!

It’s been a long time since I visited and it’s definitely not as good as it once unfortunately. Too pricey for what was served. I spent $19.99 for two different shrimp flavors. Coconut and Spicy Dragon flavors. Now they tasted wonderful. However, for the price I only had four Of the coconut and maybe six of the dragon they were smaller. And then for a side I wanted to have a side salad and of course that was an upgrade. It was just mainly lettuce. I don’t see how it equated to an upgrade. Seems like it would have been cheaper to make than the sides they offered but anyways. They stopped offering thousand island dressing which was my favorite before. It honestly was a really good homemade thousand island dressing but of course they don’t offer that anymore. So I just went with the ranch. And the salads they had before had finely diced cucumber and tomatoes in them but not this time. There weren’t any of those. And then the biscuits which were usually really, really yummy, buttery and glistening were just kind of plain. Again, they tasted okay but it seemed like they forgot to brush the top with garlic butter like they used to. Or maybe they just don’t do that anymore cuz they’re cutting back on butter. I don’t know. So they were not as flavorful as they were before. I added salt to the top and that seemed to help but it wasn’t the same. My husband ordered a bowl of clam chowder and he really had to search for the clams. He found potatoes but hardly any clams and the ones he did find were small. Didn’t really seem appropriate for a seafood restaurant to be honest. We did sit at the bar which was nice and I know they’re not noted for their bar. However, it would have been nice to have a couple other selections on draft rather than just the three they offered. But it was okay. We weren’t there for the beer. So the atmosphere was great. The service was attentive. It’s just everything else was less than to be desired for the reasons I mentioned. It definitely has changed over the years and not for the better unfortunately.

Red Lobster in Scottsdale, located right off Cactus Avenue, continues to deliver great service and a welcoming dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted immediately with a warm smile and friendly energy. There was no wait time at all, and we were seated right away at the table of our choice — a great start to our visit.
Our server, Heather, was absolutely wonderful. She was one of the nicest and most professional servers I’ve ever met. She greeted us with genuine warmth, brought out hot Cheddar Bay Biscuits and drinks within a minute, and took time to engage us in conversation. Heather asked open-ended questions, made thoughtful menu suggestions, and showed that she truly cared about our experience. Her service alone would make me come back again.
The restaurant itself was spotless, quiet, and relaxing — the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. The staff kept everything clean and organized, from the tables to the floors. The lighting was soft, and the overall vibe was calm and inviting.
It had been a while since my last visit, so I noticed several new menu additions. Red Lobster recently added a Seafood Boil, the new Lobster Pappardelle Pasta, Bacon-Wrapped Sea Scallops, and a Lemon Basil Mahi that looked fresh and flavorful. The menu updates give guests more variety while keeping the classic favorites. I’m planning to try the seafood boil next time — it looks perfect for sharing.
Prices have gone up a bit, as expected with fresh seafood. Our simple meal of soup and rice cost about $45, with only water and lemon for drinks, so plan to spend around $100–$150 for a full meal for two. Still, the quality, freshness, and excellent service make it worth it.
Overall, Red Lobster Scottsdale continues to impress with its friendly staff, spotless environment, and delicious menu upgrades. Heather’s kindness and professionalism made the evening unforgettable — I’ll definitely be returning soon!

The food was really good overall. I had the surf and turf with filet mignon, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, and the filet was the highlight even though one piece of broccoli was a bit burnt. The service from Kelli was good and she checked on us a few times without being over the top. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxed, which made it a nice place to sit and enjoy the meal.

Our server Terry was amazing. Attentive but not overbearing or pushy. I really appreciated the entree not coming out on top of the appetizer. He allowed us time
To dine and enjoy our meal and not feel like a table needing to be flipped. He was a refreshing change from so many servers we have seen lately
