I went in the store and there was a sign that said buy 1 breakfast sandwich get one for a $1. The list and picture of sandwiches was on the sign as well. So I placed order and the Roost manager refused to honor the add because she said that the promotion was old but that the area manager hadn’t changed it. She stated that it wasn’t her problem and couldn’t give it to me as shown on sign. I told her that it wasn’t my problem either and unfair for customers to come in there and order thinking they were going to pay one price and then the price not be honored.
However, the young lady working on the Speedway side honored the add and apologized for the confusion.
Thank Ms Speedway for your patience and your help. I received none from the Roost Manager. I don’t know her name, but she had red or pink braids in her hair.
