Best time to go eat some lobster!! Superbowl sunday no crowds and nice quiet atmosphere!! I did not know the menu has changed so much for the better. Hardly any deepfried choices now. I had the Lobsterchops and Lobster with coleslaw(delicious) and mashed potatoes and my honey had a very well cooked steak with baked potato and coleslaw . Perfect end of a busy day moving fences!!

My husband wanted Red Lobster for his birthday, so we went to the one at Cottonwood. He usually frequent the one on the other side of town, but this is closer to home.
First, let me say our waiter, Joseph S, was amazing and extremely patient with us. I had not been to a Red Lobster in a while and was having trouble deciding. He could not have been more helpful and friendly.
I was a little disappointed when the cheddar biscuits came out. They seemed a little old and didn’t have that good flavor I remember. My husband loves the clam chowder, but didn’t think it was quite up to the quality that he is used to. As for the rest of the meal, it was fantastic. My husband ordered the Sailors Platter, and I ordered the Ultimate Spendless Shrimp, looking for something a little smaller. Well, both of our meals were huge. The taste was flavorful, fresh and just so enjoyable. To be honest, I think I’ve got three meals out of my dish. I had two to go boxes. My husband really enjoyed everything on his plate and was very satisfied. He did have a little bit left over as well. We both certainly do feel like we got our money’s worth. He also received a free ice cream dessert as it was his birthday. It was more than we could handle, but we enjoyed what we could. We did not know they did this, and it was very nice of our waiter to bring it to our attention.
My husband definitely likes the atmosphere of the other red lobster in town better, but it’s really not bad here at all.
The other red lobster is located close to where he works. I definitely think we will start coming to this one, a bit more often together.

We went to dinner for my wife’s birthday because she wanted lobster. I had never been to a Red Lobster and she had not been in years. The experience was excellent, the food, value and service were all spot on. Our server Chris was super friendly and very attentive (10 out of 10), he was great! The price we paid for what we got was an excellent value, we will be back.

I brought my family for my birthday dinner tonight at 6:30 to be told by the rude waitress we can only sit at the bar … Never had an issue before and hopefully the server has a better night so she can treat loyal customers better… Definitely NOT recommending this place anymore, customer service must have gone Wayyyy down. Sad to experience, especially on your birthday.

It’s been a While since I’ve been able to walk into a restaurant and feel peace and serenity seeing the staff having wonderful communication with one another, seeing them help each other out when It got busy for a little bit and handling different circumstances with customers and keeping a smile throughout the whole dining experience was a really beautiful way to enjoy a meal. Loved my experience! David was absolutely fantastic! His customer service was top-notch, and his friendliness really stood out from the moment we sat down. He was attentive, welcoming, and made the whole experience at Red Lobster. Drinks were perfect, service was fast, and he genuinely made us feel taken care of. Ileana was our server and she was amazing. So friendly, helpful and gave great recommendations. We never had to ask for refills and when we asked for something, she got it right away. Food was hot and delicious. My husband and son got shrimp your way and they got so much they couldn’t eat it all and had to take it home. I got the bacon maple chicken and it was delicious. Biscuits were hot and fresh and always good. The only bad thing is it was freezing in the restaurant so our food got cold fast.

Finally made it into Red Lobster at the Cottonwood location to try the Seafood Boil. I had been hearing so much about it. It was really good and a great portion size. My sister had the grilled lobster, shrimp and salmon dish. She said the brown butter sauce made the dish. The best part of our experience was our server David. We sat in the bar area. He was so nice, personable, recommended food/drink options. He keep our drinks full and always made sure we were taken care of. Next time I am in Albuquerque, I am stopping in for good food and great service from David!!!
