Hand’s down the best ribeye I have ever eaten in my life. So tasty, soft and tender and buttery. The dessert at the last will hit the spot . Only problem is it’s always damn busy . Hard to find a table and sometimes have to wait.

I love chilis but I am so disappointed tonight. Ordered food delivery through Uber and pictured is what I got. I have been ordering this same entree for a couple years now and have ordered it to-go, food delivery and in-person and it has never been this small of a portion. $20 for a portion this small. Be so for real right now, like I can’t believe yall let this leave your store looking like this.
Aside from my entree that was side-dish size, the food wasn’t even packaged with tamper free stickers. The bag was too big and items spilled. The i35 location would never. Yall need to do better.

This restaurant was terrible. My husband and I went in one Friday at 2:45. We were one of two tables occupied. I ordered the steak medium rare. It came out over well done. By the time the waitress came back to see how our food was my husband was almost finished with his meal. She asked if I wanted a new steak. Being as he was basically finished and I would still be waiting I said no. She informed the manager and they took off half of my meal price. Although I ate none of it. The waitress then disappeared for rest of the time. I had to go find another worker and ask her to get me a box and a bag. The lady at the bar gave it to me. When I went to pay for my meal on the kiosk I wasn’t able to remove the chips and salsa reward I had on my account because of the meal discount. Again she was nowhere to be found to ask her about it. So basically we had terrible service and I left hungry. The waitress came back finally when we were getting ready to walk out the door. She asked if she could get us anything else. I basically told her she didn’t get me anything in the first place as I had to do it all myself. Definitely skip this location. There is one a few miles down the street. Try that one Instead.

My server, Sarah?, was very helpful with my questions about the margarita/drinks menu and went out of her way to help me find the right drink for me. I was so excited about the Wicked margaritas that I totally interrupted her when she was introducing herself and she gave me a look of frustration which was totally understandable. I think sometimes we forget in a restaurant or store that what we need or want to purchase isn’t more important than being decent and kind to the people providing you a service! Thank you for forgiving my accidental rudeness and being so helpful Sarah! The food was delicious as always! My only complaint would be that they took our full ranch cup away much too quickly, but they brought us another upon request so no big deal!

Chili’s is one of our “go to”‘places when we’re out of town and don’t know the area . We had dinner here . First time at this particular Chilis . The food was really good and fresh . I ordered their mixed drink for the month of June and it was good . We were seated pretty quickly and staff were friendly. I submitted 4 stars instead of 5 because our waitress was a little slow and not as attentive as we would’ve appreciated, but she was friendly when she did serve us. Overall a pretty good experience .

The Chili’s in Houston usually let me down, but I was pleasantly surprised coming here. Our waiter was really friendly and attentive (shout out Aiden!). Our food came out quickly and everything tasted great 🙂

Sarah at Chili’s was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. She checked in at all the right times, made great menu suggestions, and had such a positive attitude that it honestly made our night better. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she’s serving. Our food came out perfect, drinks were always refilled, and everything ran smoothly thanks to her. If you’re dining at this Chili’s, ask for Sarah…… She’s the best!

Service was great! Our server was extremely friendly and kept our drinks and endless chips filled without asking. The food was okay, yet the onions and peppers for my chicken fajitas could have been cooked a little longer. All in all, the food came out as described.
