Brick House Grill is a family owned and operated restaurant located in the heart of the Downtown Historic District. We opened our doors in 1998 and have been serving lunch and dinner since. We serve a variety of American Cuisine from Popular Steaks such as our Famous Prime Rib to our most tender cut, the Filet Mignon. We also serve a wide variety of chicken dishes, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, and a child’s menu. Come join us on our patio for a cocktail and enjoy the atmosphere that Downtown Hot Springs Has to offer.

Steaks, burgers & sandwiches, plus craft beers on tap, served in a sprawling 19th-century building.

This was a pretty good restaurant and I would definitely go back. The food and service is amazing. It is located in the heart of downtown Hot Springs nothing walking distance of the Hot Springs Convention center. We had the chicken tenders salad, bbq shrimp, and the chicken fried chicken. It was amazing and the server took great care of my wife and I.

I had a really good burger here, the “Wildfire”. The patty was juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. We were recommended the cheddar cheese bacon fries out on the street. It was not a mistake to get them. Delicious!

We really wanted to like this place, but the service was unbelievably slow. It took about 45 minutes just to get a glass of wine and a beer, then another 45 minutes for mozzarella sticks. The worst part was waiting over an hour for three burgers and you can see it wasn’t even melted , the place wasn’t even busy. People were getting frustrated and leaving. When the food finally came, the burgers were flavorless and just not worth the wait. Definitely not for us and not 80 bucks lol.

Great place to grab a bite. Atmosphere is cozy and the food was really good. It will be more food than you can probably eat, so Togo boxes will be likely.

We went to Brick House Grill later in the afternoon with hopes of a quicker lunch so we could continue our exploration of downtown, but we ended up being there for over an hour. While I understand that it takes time for food to cook, we became so antsy waiting for our food as we’re given multiple assurances that our food would be ready soon. We ordered cheese curds – they were incredible – a burger, and a chicken sandwich, which were fine.

The staff overall was nice (kind of). Our first waitress who took our drinks was fairly rude; our second waitress was friendly. Another one of the employees came over to chat with us while we waited for our food. But towards the end of the meal my friend noticed that a different employee was standing there staring at us. I had hoped he was maybe just looking in our general direction as he did look away briefly, but as we left the restaurant his head was turned towards our direction again. And even creepier, when we went upstairs to a coffee shop, we could see him through the window still looking in our direction.

Maybe we should’ve said something, but we didn’t. Instead we were asking our waitress for things multiple times (extra napkins, a to go box, our check) and waiting what seemed like forever to actually get the items.

But those cheese curds with ranch – delicious!

Friends and I are in town for vacation and had the most horrible experience. Our waiter was totally dismissive and ignored us. My friend ordered a salad with her order and he didn’t bring it out. The waiter didn’t ask how our food was, didn’t offer refills, didn’t offer containers for our extra food. Yet he was engaging with tables around us. Walter sat out check on the table and walked away until I asked him to wait to take my card. No thank you for coming-zero thanks giving. We were just talking about our experience so far here in town which has been great. No one pays for bad service and this was unacceptable.

Food was great, loved the cheese curds appetizers, set on there patio and listened to the street concert. Great atmosphere. The waitress we had was great and Mr. Ed that did a bit of everything made it special.

I loved the building and the ambiance. They had some pretty good art from a local artist for sale on the walls. The server kept or cups full and was pleasant.
The food: The flavor was pretty darn good. It was not cooked how I asked but still good. I asked for medium, and it was medium well. It’s not a huge deal. I’m not a fan of the broccoli coming out on the entire stem because it’s so hard to cut. It was good, though.

My husband and I had a getaway recently. We wanted a nice chill feel with great food. The atmosphere brought us back home to the French quarter a bit our waitress Brittany P was the BEST! She took great care of us, made sure everything was right, kept our drinks full, recommended our entrees and gave us tips on places to check out while we were there! If you ever go you HAVE TO HAVE TO PRIME RIB! It was amazing and cooked to perfection! Thanks for that rec Brittany!! We will definitely be back!

Good food, good vibes! Lunch menu available! We went to eat German food and it didn’t open till dinner time. Hot chicken was a good sandwich. The hot honey is very hot even though I got it on the side. I could not eat it lol. I like just a little bit of spice so, I suggest ordering it on the side. Had to get a side of ranch which tastes homemade! My uncle got the sausage and it was okay. There were literally only two jalapenos on it. Another person in our party got the Reuben and it was good! Onion rings were very good. Don’t order the baked potato here. Was on the dry side, morning special. Local artwork gives this establishment a good, fun vibe!
