Absolutely terrible! Maybe during the day is different but late night, NO THANKS! Was on our lunch break and we were pretty hungry so went to McDonald’s, 1st thing the lady working the drive through couldn’t understand anything we were saying so we had to repeat ourselves over n over n over and we could hardly understand her. So that was very frustrating and took forever. Only had a 30m. Break n that took up 17m. Of it. Order $20 worth of food & it was so bad. The buns were so hard, it literally sounded as if I were on knocking on wood. The fries were even harder. Needless to say went back to work like 6m. Late & was still hungry and spent $20 on trash! Was HIGHLY UPSET! So avoid this location frfr!

Great spot, we always go here and the experience is pretty okay. The workers are pretty good. The service can be slow when you go inside, they definitely cater to drive thru orders before indoor orders. The food is pretty great, I recommend the breakfast menu, all day everyday! My only complaint is the fact their frappe machine has been out of order for a few weeks now, I hope they fix it really soon. Regardless, I’ll keep coming back to this spot over and over again.

It’s not complicated to make burgers with ONLY cheese and ketchup however, these geniuses managed to mess up three of them AND the drink. I asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and was handed a pineapple. When I said that was wrong, I got talked back to and an eye roll. It’s not my fault you people are too incompetent to take an order correctly.

Probably the worst, most unorganized McDonald’s I have ever seen. Do not bother going through the drive-thru because they will almost always have you pull over in a parking spot because they can never get your food ready quick enough. Employees are all rude and arrogant. Food is almost always cold also.

Aight. So I’ve been coming here for years. The food is trash as of late. Tastes like day old burgers with a flood of mayo if you ask for mayo. I’ve had to pull up to the reserved parking spot every time I come. It’s like this place never has its stuff together. The kids are nice but the adults in this place are jerks who struggle to have anything prepared in a timely manner. TLDR just go to the one by Nissan or the new one on Sam Ridley. This place does not deserve your money. I’m typing this in drive thru 2 after ordering a Big Mac meal…no one was behind me and I’ve been here since 8:50…it is now 9:02.

Went there yesterday afternoon and ordered food. The kids working the drive thru were just playing around being childish and actually charged me for the wrong order. When I go to pay the lady at the window asked me 3 times what my order was and I had to give my debit card back to her to fix the order. Well I was already mad at this point and she gave me the right food but not my debit card back. I called this morning and NOBODY THERE CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER. How are you putting leadership roles to people who can’t speak English. I live an hour away now I have to drive all the way back there and speak to someone who doesn’t understand anything I’m saying. Plus she kept hanging the phone up in my face when I asked to speak to someone who speaks English. Totally unexplainable or acceptable.

Asked for a refund only got $9.20 back when I paid $14.96 ridiculous. Placed a pick up order coworker went to pick up food like we always do told coworker he could not get food would have to go back thru the drive thru again. Went to pick up food got attitude when requesting food. Had to go back bc food was incorrect and didn’t get a full refund. Not my fault employees don’t do they job like they should be doing well probably never go back to this location

Had to wait 20 minutes because it was not 11:00 which was time for lunch. Who eats breakfast at 10:30 in the morning? And then fries were not ready at 11:00 due to him not setting up the machine. Mexican kid working also very rude with an attitude.
