First time we tried this place. I bought a platter with kabobs and gyros, along with 1 cheese triangle and a spinach triangle. My son ordered chicken kabobs and said it was delicious. I really enjoyed the gyros as well. The baklava was soggy and didn’t care for it. The Galaktoboureko dessert was good.

Always seemed intriguing when I drove past from danville heading to indianapolis..Sometimes during the day, it seemed completely dead and sometimes in the evenings.It was extremely busy..So Stop by early afternoon to figure out what their menu was like. See their atmosphere so I can make arrangements in the future for dinner there.I found out that they do not have specialized lunch memu they have whole full menu at lunchtime they have small & large portions.The parking lot is small during the day and early evenings, it’s fine in the evening when i’ve drove by.It’s been really crowded

Great food, great drinks, great service, great atmosphere! When you walk in the restaurant is warm and inviting. If you leave hungry it’s your own fault. Now sometimes you will be hurting for either eating to much or just laughing from having a great time at the restaurant.

This place is hands down the best restaurant in Avon. The food is always on point and the atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The food is alway fresh and tasty. I did have an issue this summer where we sat on the patio for ages and no-one came over. This never happened before. We left and I called. I spoke to an owner who insisted he take care of us next time. I declined saying that we will be back, for sure. He kept insisting but we declined. We support local businesses and we would be back. We have been back dozens of times. We came in tonight and as always always, incredible. I like to see the owner almost everytime we come in, although sitting. He is super nice and many times personally stops by the table. If you haven’t been here, come take a look and try it. The atmosphere and food is always on point, you won’t regret it. If I could give it a 10, I would but 5 is as high as you can go. Opa offers great Greek food, grilled meats, pastas and so much more! Maddie is always great amd makes it feel like home. She’s always welcoming and happy.

First off, I love the flaming cheese. It is a must have and there’s usually a coupon somewhere in any flyer to get that if you buy an entree.
The food comes out fast and hot. The only disappointing thing is that they now charge a 4% credit card fee so if possible I recommend bringing cash. This is definitely new. .
There is plenty of seating for large groups or small. They even have a bar area to order specialty cocktails that look delicious.
The staff is usually attentive as long as they’re not too busy .
I did ask for a side of ranch unfortunately all I got with this ranch packet which even after shaking it was very watered down. I don’t know if it was old, but I recommend bringing your own ranch if you need it for the french fries fries lol .

My bride and I stopped in for lunch on a Wednesday. The service was prompt, drinks good, and portions were large. I think we had our food 5 minutes after we ordered it! The menu selection of authentic Greek cuisine was very large. Looking forward to going back!

What a great find. We stopped in for a light dinner after vehicle shopping all day. This place hit the spot! My wife is vegan and the young waiter made sure to accommodate her diet by making multiple trips to the kitchen to double check. We had the Dolmades & pitas, and the Sample Platter with 3 different Hummus sides, Kalamata Olives, cucumbers and Dolmas, and Feta. After dinner, our outstanding waiter took us on a field trip to the desert and cake display. So much for the “light dinner”. We wrecked it with some amazing house made baklava and a Chocolate Fudge Cake. Everything was amazing, but the baklava! WOW! Highly recommend, the atmosphere was cozy and exciting, perfect for and impromptu date night. Sorry there are no pics of the food, we weren’t planning on finding this caliber of restaurant on today’s outing.

We found Opa approximately 3 years ago when searching online for a unique place to meet friends for dinner and visit. We really enjoy our experience at Opa.
We have had the pleasure of Maddie as our server the past 2 times who is very personable and so delightful. We remembered Maddie right away and she also remembered us!
Last night we enjoyed meeting the owner and learning about the family owned restaurant and it’s history. We always enjoy our selection from the diverse menu. The portions are quite generous, including desserts which are well worth leaving room for! The menu is priced very reasonable, the atmosphere is layed back, making for a fun evening experience.
We’ll definitely go back for more great dishes and outstanding service!
