The main reason I’m not giving a 5 star review is because after we got seated, we waited almost 30 minutes before a server even came to our table to get our drink order. The manager did acknowledge they were in the middle of a shift change and expedited our order due to our wait. The food was good. We got the fried pickles and each got a burger. The pickles were homemade and very good! The dipping sauces for the fries were also good. We got the Chipotle ketchup and garlic aioli. Burgers are grass fed and have great flavor.

Great thick burger with lots of options for customizing your own or several interesting creations from the menu. Fried pickles (appetizer) were good and different from most places because they had a batter almost like you would find in American Chinese food. I did not like the fries though which were undercooked and encrusted with at least three times more salt than necessary. The staff was friendly but the entire experience took way too long. Do not go here if you want a quick meal. A while after we placed our order (while we were eating our appetizer) our server came back to the table; I thought she was getting ready to bring our entrees out, but instead she asked me again what burger I ordered because she wanted to make sure she got it right (I just ordered one of the pre-set options, BBB, nothing custom), and from there we further waited a long time before the food was ready. The options for sides are limited mostly to fries unless you want to spend a lot more and get an appetizer as a side. We did not try the ice cream options because we ran out of time, but the selection looked good with nice pricing.

Here is the deal! The atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. There is a bull watching the front door which I thought was hilarious. The waitress was friendly and kind. My food was hot and fresh. The food tasted good as well. So, come and allow my new friends to cook for you.

Let me start off by saying the food was DELICIOUS!!! Me and my newly wed husband got some gift cards for here for a fun date night, we were excited to try out a new restaurant! We came in sort of late, but we got a seat at the bar super quickly! Our waiter was nice and pretty funny and had good service. We ordered some things off the appetizer menu along with some tasty drinks from the bar to go with the meal, it was all amazing! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of how expensive it was just for two people, but overall, everything else was great!

Very much enjoyed the food and service. I ordered a burger and ipa cheddar fries. The bread was a little on the dry side but the burger was great. The Brussels sprouts were perfect! And a pleasant surprise was the banana pudding ice cream. I’m not a banana fan but the blend was well balanced with cookies churned into the batter. This is definitely a place I’ll revisit.

So, If you want the best French fries of St. Louis, please go there, they are so so so tasty, crunchy but soft, very well flavored and the size for the price is amazing!! Burgers are also out of this world, the meet is so tender and well cooked (I ordered medium term, but was magnificent) the bread is seasoned with sea salt which makes every bite a little surprise on your mouth, price is fair and you will have several options to choose on the menu, excellent location on the heart of the downtown, no parking, ohhh and also they have ice cream, so yummy!

Staff is very friendly. Restaurant is very clean and atmosphere is awesome. Lots of awesome choices on the menu. Burgers, wings and ice cream. Ask the bartender what is good choice for the day and you will not be disappointed. The burgers here are off the chart. So many options of things to put on your burger. The size of the sides here are huge. You will not go away hungry after eating here. This place is a hidden gem in St Louis. Dinning in is and take out are options here. Seating was spaced apart to follow social distancing.

Here for a conference coming from Indy. On our lunch today we came here. It is so cute! Our waiter was very kind and took great care of us. We started with cheese curds, the best I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I split the pretzel bun cheeseburger with smoked Gouda and sautéed mushroom and onion…. Delicious! We also got a large fry. The fries are seasoned perfectly in my opinion but, I’m not afraid of salt. If you are I would recommend letting them know. Will definitely be back here next year. ❤️

This place is very hipster. I enjoyed a delicious burger, but I will say, I have to eat gluten free and their GF bun was as hard as a rock- shown in first picture. It looked kind of stale or old as well so I just ended up eating my burger without. The burger itself was delicious, loaded fries were great and they have some unique dipping sauces to try too.

The house burger was amazing, the patty was very big and everything was so perfectly done. Also highly recommend trying their boozy milkshakes, especially the bacon one, it does not sound like it will work out together but it definitely does, really really good. Service was not good at all, bartender never checked in on me, nor was around when I wanted to order more or pay for the check but the other staff members took care of it 🙂
