I went there two days ago to check out egg free baked goods. I asked the cake decorator (the person other staff members directed me to) to ask this question. When I went there and asked if they had any egg free cake, she said she only has one in the freezer across the section. I said if that is a whole cake or a piece and she said it’s all there I can look. Till then it was okay, but then I asked if they have something other than cake that’s egg free, she said the cake is there and I should look at it. I specifically asked her that yes, I understand but I’m asking something other than cake, like a cookie, or a scone, or a pie, and she almost yelled at me saying “there is vegan cake there just go and see” and never answered any question. She was so upset and angry. Terrible customer service.

People working on the cake are so rude, asked if they make cake with sugar substitute, the asian woman started speaking in another language to the woman next to her mumbling and rudely said that they don’t make it and she was making weird face when I asked the question.
