Chick-fil-A continues to set the standard for fast food done right. The staff are generally courteous and professional, making each visit pleasant. The food is typically fresh and delicious, and on the rare occasion something isn’t quite right, they’re happy to make it right, no hassle, no fuss. It’s a great spot to bring the kids for a quick, satisfying meal. The restaurant is immaculately clean, including the restrooms. While the prices are a touch higher than some other fast-food spots, the quality and service make it well worth it.

The food is good, consistent, and exactly what you expect from them. Service is usually friendly and efficient once you’re actually in line.
The problem is the location. Getting in and out of the parking lot is terrible and extremely stressful. Traffic backs up, the drive-thru spills into the road, and it feels chaotic just trying to navigate through. It honestly takes away from the whole experience.
If they could fix the traffic flow or choose a better setup, it would make a huge difference. Good food — frustrating location.

They are always super fast at this location. I have never had to wait long and they haven’t ever gotten my order wrong. They go above and beyond like most chick fila to be nice and helpful. The inside is always clean. The only downside besides the price is it is small inside. I have twin babies and it was hard to navigate their stroller and they have made the play area a lot smaller as well.

Can’t understand why they don’t have more locations than McDonald’s. And why I have three McDonald’s and have to drive an hour to chick filet for good food.

The food is decent, they serve chicken sandwiches. The service is excellent and the facility is spotless! Handicap parking is available at so is a ramp as well as handicap accessible bathrooms. The parking lot would have plenty of spots, but they have half of it blocked off? It’s easily accessible from the main road.

The last few time I’ve been through the drive thru I’ve noticed a new worker. The man is bald, and last week had hand bandages, this week a big head bandage not a small one a rather large bandage both times. Not the kind the kind of person you would want delivering your food to you.

The food runners attitude at this restaurant is absolutely disgusting. Went last night after ordering a meal. I ordered a LG drink instead of a medium and the staff with the tablet already had issues so that’s probably where the discrepancy began (not her fault). Food runner handed my food to me and I politely insisted I ordered a large drink instead of medium and I reassured I would pay the difference from medium to large (I ORDERED A MEAL, DRINK PRICE IS 0.34). She proceeded to walk away with the medium drink then talk about me wanting a large drink that I paid for with a horrible disgusting tone…why do you have the audacity to talk about your customers that way? She came back with my card and a large drink, I thanked her and halfway down the road I realized she charged me 3.55 FOR A DRINK I ALREADY PAID FOR!!! I called the restaurant and the manager Adam explained their process and refunded me right away. Adam, thank you for your politeness and patience. You are awesome! You immediately fixed the bad experience I had with other staff.

Honestly, I dont agree with the companies policies or their clear religious affiliation but to each their own however the employees at this location were very rude and then the fact that they also wouldnt let people leave with orders without a bag when they are doing doordash orders. When it says nothing about that on the company website nor does it state that anywhere in the doordash app. It is not a company policy for chick fil a or for doordash. In my opinion raisin canes is wayyy better.
