If you know Chipotle you would be horrified by this picture. Have you ever seen the lid clean? That’s how little food I got. It wasn’t high enough to even touch the lid, leaving it sparkling clean. Also the chicken here was super salty. I would give it another try because maybe this was just a bad fluke but I can’t recommend this place to anyone until they fix what they’re doing.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle at the Wall Street location. I walked in wanting to order a quesadilla and was told they could only make a child’s size in-store, and if I wanted an adult one I’d have to order online. I asked for clarification because this didn’t make sense, and the employee got visibly annoyed, rolled her eyes, and said “omg” before calling someone else over.
The second employee also tried to explain, but both of them just kept saying it’s made “over there” without giving any clear answer. Even the person in line behind me was confused. Instead of trying to help, they acted irritated that I was asking questions, which made the whole situation uncomfortable.
At that point I left and went across the street to Dos Toros, where the service was friendly and straightforward.
Moral of the story: don’t expect the full menu here, and definitely don’t expect good service. You’ll walk away frustrated and disappointed.

Ordered takeout for a workday lunch. 1. They mistook my order. I ordered steak with Barbacoa but they gave me Barbacoa with chicken, which is cheaper than what I paid for. 2. I ordered from their app and it notified me that my order was ready. When I arrived, the staff told me my order was stolen and was very apologetic. I waited for another 5 to 10 minutes to get my order. Overall 3 star.

I love this location, compared to the location at bowling Green this location is much cleaner and the service there is a lot better. Food is always on point, fast service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’m the type of person who goes for first impressions and if the service I get is not up to standards there is no reason for me to come back and spend my money.

This chipotle location consistently gets orders wrong. If you order a double steak burrito with black beans, you may get a Barbacoa burrito with pinto beans. I have also found hairs in bowls in the past, not to mention pick up orders are almost always late and the service is horrendous. I usually like chipotle in general, but this has to be one of the worst locations.
