Waited 20 minutes for a curbside. Was told they never received a notification that i was there. They were very busy at time of arrival. Food was not hot maybe lukewarm and drink looks like it was sitting a while. Could have had the decency to offer to remake it while I was on the phone with them telling them I’ve been here for 20 minutes.

I am not personally a fan of wawa but as a doordasher I have to compliment the staff here they are friendly helpful and for the most part seem like they like each other and actually want to be there. It makes a difference and I can see it makes a difference to the other people being served in there too.

Skimp city over here I definitely won’t be coming here for my food anymore the bowl is not even half way filled. The sheddings of turkey on here is crazy like I wouldn’t even feed my dog this! I paid over 9 bucks for mash potatoes and a couple pieces of turkey and the way the staff handed me the bag was like she didn’t even want to pass it to me! Terrible staff everyone was in a miserable mood!!

Do not visit the store under any circumstance. I left my personal information/wallet there by accident. I had called immediately after and told them they said they would hold it. I told him I was going away for business and I would be back in two weeks. They proceeded to take my wallet, cut up all my Credit cards/license and they stole my $150 cash that was in the wallet. They are dishonest thieves.

Wawa was always great usually. They hired some new horrible lady named Devin at deli counter. I used to love going to Wawa but this lady literally ruins my day everytime I go. She was rude to me and other customers around me. I got a Turkey bowl with half mac & cheese and half mashed potato. I asked instead of mashed potato if I could get half mashed sweet potato instead. She got an attitude and said there’s an option for that when I double checked and there wasn’t and I told her and she said if it wasn’t there they’re out of that. I said they literally have an option just for sweet potato so that’s not true and another girl came and said they had a full pot of it. I paid and went home and saw my order and this is what I paid 9 bucks for. There’s barely anything inside except gravy, cranberry topping and very little Turkey; almost no mac and cheese or sweet potato. Who hired this lady?? She’s so worried if you’re allowed to substitute something so little that’s almost the same exact thing, but not worried about how to actually do her job and actually put food in a customer’s order.

Usually they get order right except wen I order online from them or any other service. Just got a salad they didn’t put a drop of ranch dressing or any salad dressing at all on it it’s nearly 100% lettuce. Asked for Parm and they hardly put any on it. It also said three stripes of chicken they chopped up one strip n spread it on top. I’ve ordered same salad many times before but it never came so dry and wrong before if they got new workers they suck! Also most people are nice except for a few with an attitude and two females that love talking trash wen people leave.

I can say enough good things about this Wawa! The store is always tidy and the staff is always kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food is was ways fresh and tasty! The manager is also understanding to any complaints and did his best to help me. thank you all essential employees.
