This review is late as we where visiting the great state of Tennessee last November.
How can food change within a few hours? We actually had breakfast which was great! But. When we went back for dinner it wasn’t great. I’ve been eating at this brand for quite a while. I can say I know their food. So we ordered and her dinner was good but mine I had to take a double look something was different and disgusting. Everything but the fries was hot and looked freshly cooked. The fries was cold, oily AND preseasoned! I have never experienced this in one of these restaurants. Its like someone returned their fries to the kitchen and they gave them to me. I can tell the chef takes pride in preparing dishes. Disturbing!

Not sure what happened to the green beans but they tasted like plastic. They are usually quite tasty. The lemon pepper trout was pretty good, as per usual.
My daughter got the pork chops and she said they were dry and not very good.
Usually Cracker Barrel is on point, just not this particular visit.
The service however, was EXCEPTIONAL!

Great choice of merchandise in the attached store as well. It is a good tradition to eat at the Cracker Barrel regularly:)

We were excited about dinner at Cracker Barrel but we left disappointed. The food was so cold that we had to ask for it to be reheated ♀️ then we waited and waited for biscuits just to get cold bread , our waitress never asked us if we wanted our drinks refills and our table stink (probably from using the same dirty rag)!! I have to say the only tasty item we got was the baked potato. Wasted $70 for the most unsatisfying meal !!!!!!

My wife and I had the best dining experience at the (Spring Hill) location this evening, the hostess was the mostess with great interaction, We definitely felt that set the mood for the rest of our dining experience. Next up was our waitress Kathy and she was so awesome taking our orders all the way thru checking on us periodically, the food was amazing the steak and eggs were cooked to perfection. Definitely will be back and recommend anyone dining in ask for Kathy as your server five stars ⭐️

The service was great. We ordered a lot! She even brought me an extra biscuit. We were quick to sit but waited a bit for the food. The shop helps to pass the time…and the money.

I ordered a glass a wine and the glass was super dirty so I had to ask for another. They were out of beer and margaritas. Silverware wasn’t clean either. The food wasn’t bad and our server was a sweetheart that kept apologizing for everything. Maybe everyone is just tired….idk but they need to step it up.

I love Cracker Barrel. I must admit I haven’t eaten there lately, and our visit yesterday was partly to see if the local restaurant was being changed. I was very happy to see it was exactly as I remembered. The food was great, the service was great, and I even found my wife a very pretty pullover shirt to buy. We will be back again, soon. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. Cracker Barrel is the bomb. Long live Uncle Herschel !!!

Came in for lunch and our server Olivia was awesome!! She was so kind and patient with us! Drinks stayed filled and our entrees came out quick! The Host mathew has great customer service. They made the Cracker Barrel dining experience well worth it
