I had a great experience at this location thanks to Karla. Since I’m not very familiar with the menu and had a large family order to manage, it took me a little while to get everything right. Usually, staff can seem impatient with big orders, but Karla was incredibly patient and even helped me pick out the right condiments for the food. At the window, she was pleasant, helpful, and impressively quick. I really appreciate the excellent service!

It has been along time since I ordered burgers because I have always received something subpar. I had a real desire for burgers last night and I remember that my wife throughly enjoyed items from Jack in the Box when she was alive so I wanted to try this company again. Well I went on line and I found what I figured would fill my urge and I made a special order for my best friend Shelby my dog. To my surprise when the order arrived my special order item was made correctly and was labeled by the store as custom counter order. That service provided by those employees was exceptional. The food I have got to say is the best I have had in years.

A lot of jack in the boxes are kinda the same. Of course there are worst ones and better ones. I would say that this one is right in the middle. I personally haven’t had any problems with the food, it usually comes out the same way consistently, which also means about in the middle as well. Service is pretty ok as well. Overall, it’s not anything crazy and also not the worst either, I’ve had very bad jack in the boxes and I don’t think this one of those. Your gonna get a average experience with this one.

Out of the Jack in the Box locations, at least the food seems to come out warmer/more fresh. But I swear, every time I try to go, an item I ordered gets forgotten, ingredients are missing or modifications get ignored. This most recent visit was the most egregious. Ordered a burger and some other items just to get home and find out there was NO BEEF PATTY on the BURGER. Ridiculous.

1st of all, the other two times I was here, I received food that matched the service. This time the service was still stellar but the lettuce and tomatoes on my jumbo Jack was no good. The drink and fries were excellent. The Server was very nice and A+ professional.
The other burger was great too. Tomatoes were the ends of a tomato. 🙁

The drive thru speaker was not working and so I had to come inside. The service was friendly and timely; however, she moved the napkin dispenser after she cleaned and I had to ask her where she had put it because I couldn’t find it. The tacos and curly fries were good; although I think that they may have changed the sauce from the sauce that they usually use. I like the usual sauce better.
