We took our nephew here for his birthday. Our server was nice, but didn’t smile much and seemed a bit put out with us a couple of times. Maybe because her customers were spead out into two sections that were on opposite sides of the restaurant. I’d be a bit grumpy too. Our breakfast orders were perfect. Exactly what we ordered and delicious. But, then my nephew wanted a milk shake. They didn’t have ice cream or the machine was broke not sure which was the case, but no milkshakes. He was ok with that, he ordered hot chocolate instead and was pleased with it. I ordered the cinnamon dippers because they had an ad set outon the table and they looked divine. What a disappointment they were. They looked nothing like the picture, shape and texture, but mostly because they didn’t have hardly any cinnamon. The dips didn’t match the picture either. Think we were supposed to get either white chocolate or butter cream dip along with caramel dip, however, we got caramel and chocolate sauce. The caramel tasted funny. Almost fruity and much runnier than your typical caramel dip. Don’t recommend. I’ve included pictures so you can judge for yourselves. In conclusion, breakfasts are good and I recommend the combos, but service and desserts need improvement.

Every time we have gone it was quiet and the staff have always been friendly. The food has always been great. More importantly for us, my husband forgot his wallet and the staff returned it to us and saved us a lot of trouble! Would definitely recommend this location for how trusting and comfortable it is!

How about I went to ihop on dezavala road and we see there homie roaming on the counter the girl who is taking our order is not bothered so then I say I want to talk to your manager. The cook manager whoever comes up and says what are you asking for with an attitude we then tell him while recording the roach and conversation and the guy sees the roach grabs it between his fingers and kills it and says I will wash my hands what do you need I say your corporate office and store manager he then wants to apologize to late. I am no longer hungry WHERE IS DENNYS!!!!!

WTH IHOP? Man, what a wonderful meal I had! Thanks to the chef/cook Jackie for making such great food. About 8 of us and the food, service was awesome. A little warm in the building but, you’d have to notice it to really even let it bother you. Bathrooms were completely stocked and really clean. This was such a great experience to us all. Thanks very much. We’ll be back!

Ordered wonton tacos with no slaw. It comes with cilantro and lime. The tacos were cold, they didnt put my cilantro on and gave me very little chicken… so much so that it was comical. Also ordered chicken parm. The noodles were over cooked, and Luke warm. The only thing hot was the chicken breast. The service and atmosphere were great. I believe Anita was her name. She was great. The bacon from my wife’s and sons meal seemed like it was reheated bacon from earlier in the day. First time coming… more than likely my last. On the upside, my other son loved his meal. He raved about how good the grilled cheese burgers were.

Our server was named Sue. All honesty. Service was pretty bad. She barely came to our table and if she did it was to talk to our daughter and we literally had to wave to her for her to come to our table. She messed up our order and had to get it redone. So we waited about 25 minutes for our food to have to wait another 10 minutes for it to get redone. She kept staring at our daughter when she did show up. Its was a little weird and ki da creepy. So, yeah. Food was good. Cooks did a great job but service was not it. No one was sitting in her area and I understood why afterwards

BEWARE! BEWARE! Not a community friendly location. They will TOW YOUR VEHICLE!! Someone they hire sits in the lot a watches you exit your vehicle. I was parked there went to the store next door and was going to have a meal afterwards. BOOM! Within minutes my car was taken! So scary to know some creep with a tow truck is waiting to see where your walking! The lot was full of other pepple shopping and eating. Look at your surroundings. This location is the only part of the shopping center that has towing signage! This location shares the lot with all the shops in the Dezavala Centre shopping center. Why is that? Why is this the only restaurant from all the other stores, restaurants and offices does this restaurant have on that particular parking lot? Wow! What nerve, makes you wonder why they are not doing well in comparison to other restaurants in that location? Even Twin Peaks doesn’t have that kind of signage for any of its customers. Real nice IHop, your never getting my business ever again!
