I don’t know how this location gets 4 stars especially when you buy custard expecting it to be fresh that same day and end up getting month old custard. Then they argue with you and try to justify selling old custard. The customer service her is garbage and the whole place is a dump. The quality of employees here needs to be re evaluated. I don’t recommend this dump to anyone.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I was at this location on February 1st when the “Flavor of the Day” was caramel cashew. This is the only flavor I look forward to, and I rarely get to enjoy it because I live 30+ minutes from any Culver’s location. On this day, I went there to get 3 pints of “The Flavor of the Day” to take home to my family. I went through the drive thru and was told I would get a discount if I ordered 4 instead of 3, which I agreed to. When I got home and went to take the ice cream out of the bag, I discovered that I was given month old caramel cashew instead of the “fresh” custard a customer expects when ordering the “Flavor of the Day”. I called the Antigo location to complain, and was told by a very rude male supervisor “that’s how we do it here” and that I should have “specifically asked for fresh custard”. I have never had this problem at the Antigo location before or any other Culvers location, so that is absurd. It is simply a very dishonest way to get rid of old inventory. Either this location seriously needs training/new management, or Culver’s as a whole is headed down the wrong rabbit hole by trying to pawn off old custard on unsuspecting customers who order the so-called fresh “Flavor of the Day”. Also, I have been trying to get ahold of someone from Culver’s customer service since then, and I get disconnected every time. So, unfortunately, now I have to spread bad word-of-mouth advertising instead.

My wife and I are lucky enough to call Antigo Culver’s our local regular spot. Everything is always perfect and I never say such a thing. Burgers are never “thrown” together, always put together nicely. We have been to dozens of Culver’s in our travels, Antigo Culver’s is the best by far.

I’ve never been to a Culver’s that has NOT messed up my order. Allergies were not taken into consideration. Asked for certain items to not be placed on food, yet there it was. Cheese stuck to bottom of container rather than on the burger. Asked for sauces, no sauces given. Staff seemed polite but the lack of effort shows. VERY disappointing Culver’s..

Culver’s is a staple in Wisconsin. I would highly recommend Culver’s to anyone who hasn’t tried it before. Everything to the butter burgers to the cheese curds to the custard. You will never be disappointed.
